Tim was such an amazing server. We would request him every single time! Food was delicious and ambience was nice!

If I could give zero stars I would. We were completely ignored by staff. Ordered an appetizer that came out cold and never offered utensils or plates.

Came in around 2:00 and sat at the bar. We were greeted but not served anything for another 15 minutes. Ordered 2 drinks and took another 15 minutes to receive them. Waited another 25 minutes to order another round of drinks & took 10 more minutes to receive those. The drinks were great but took entirely too long for the lack of people at the bar and in the restaurant as a whole.

Maybe they were short staffed today, but waiting an excessive amount of time for food and drinks and being told, “I’ll be right back” only to wait even longer made for a negative experience. (For example, we sat at the bar for 20+ minutes before the server offered menus or took our drink order.) No explanation, apology, or “thanks for your patience.” I hope this experience is an outlier.

I ordered the salmon with lemon butter and I received an extremely well done burnt and broken piece of salmon via UberEats. I couldn’t even eat it and they do not allow refunds on UberEats so my money was wasted!

Bonefish is my favorite restaurant. The bang bang shrimp is the best! I also love the chicken Caesar salad. I’ve ordered takeout before and the service is just as good.

Our server, Tim from Georgia, was amazing. Very attentive and polite. The food is always amazing. The salmon was a little overcooked but we also didn't specify how we wanted it cooked so no biggie. One of our go to date night spots!
Hostess or server did not provide silverware by the time meal arrived. Salmon was bland and lacked flavor, rice was not fully cooked (hard rice), and lobster ravioli had no flavor. Not an enjoyable meal for us. Hopefully staff is still recovering from new years because I've had better service and food from this location before.

I loved the Bam Bam shrimp! My Sea bass was cooked perfectly. Our drinks came a little late. Overall it was a very nice dinner. I would go again.
I took my family to dinner looking forward to a good meal. After arriving, we were greeted and seated server was great and he was training someone at the same time. After ordering our food, appetizer was good bread was good. Our meal on the other hand not so great. I had a 9 ounce sirloin. It was really thin. I asked for medium well it came out too well and dry. My wife ordered the Maui. Maui came out really dry no taste
her side of spinach, very very, very salty
My brother-in-law ordered the 9 ounce medium rare, It was really thick and Rare
My daughter ordered the lobster ravioli . Again tasted very bland. And my son ordered the bang bang tacos and fries he was happy. He said it was great. My daughter ended up ordering a two lobster tail dinner after they took back the ravioli lobster. She took it to go.
After talking to the management and gave 100% props to the service, they were excellent. Very friendly, very welcoming and explained everything to us management very friendly very welcoming. I did tell the management this was on nobody in the front of the house. this is all because of the cooks. Very slow at the time and the food came out like no one Really cared what it tasted like or what it look like. I love food and food is also an art. And when you’re spending money and we’re between $25-$50 a plate you do expect the food to be really good. So hopefully they train their cooks to care. I will go back and give them another try. That’s because of the service I got from our servers to the management. Thank you for listening to a customer last night. I will return.

Had a reservation for 445, arrived at 4:20 and was not busy at all so was seated right away. There was water all over the floor at our table, host attempted to wipe it up but missed about 60% of the water.
Waitress was bubbly and friendly and took our drink orders quickly but then it all fell apart.
Took nearly 30 minutes to get our entrees ordered. And it was over an hour and 15 minutes before they arrived at our table. All of our fish orders were overcooked and one meal was delivered 10-15 minutes after every other meal was brought out and when it was brought out she told him be careful the plate is hot (which if you ever worked in food service you know that translates to it’s been sitting under the hot lamps). One of our meals was so overcooked it was cedar plank salmon and it was burnt to the wood and had to be recooked.
The kids meal she sent in earlier than our adult meals but it still came out the same time, suspicious.
The manager did take a good percentage off our meal but there was no real apology, and it was Christmas Eve.
The table next to us never was greeted by their server and decided to leave after telling the hostess and still had no one come to take their drink order.
We’ve been to this restaurant many times and usually is good service. I would say maybe if it was busy they had an excuse but when you see your server spend more time chatting with coworkers than actually serving than that’s your problem.
We won’t be back for a while..

If I could give zero stars I would! We left because we sat at our table for 30 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Our waiter passed us by and waited on people who came in after us. The whole place was a disaster. Tables were waiting an hour and a half for over-cooked food. We left and got take out from Panda.
