I was amazingly disappointed in the service. We are big Bonefish fans and we’re visiting Tennessee from Virginia. I took my wife, daughter and her boyfriend out to dinner. We had reservations and were seated in a timely manner. About 10 minutes after we were seated, we met our waitress and she took our drink orders. Each of us ordered a non alcoholic drink and something from the bar. When she returned with our non alcoholic drinks, they were in styrofoam cups and she left each of us A straw. She turned and walked away with no explanation. We also only has silverware and napkins for 2 of us. The other 2 had none. We asked and were promised silverware and napkins on 3 separate occasions. My wife eventually was able to go to the hostess stand and get a handful of paper cocktail napkins. We never got the proper silverware and shared what we had. I spoke with the manager about the styrofoam cups and he told me that they were “out of glasses”. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean and the food was good. I know it’s a first world problem but when the bill, including the tip, was $220, I hate to think that the service would have been better at Chic-fil-A.

Ordered the grill oysters, horrible! Dry and over cooked. Corn chowder with crab had NO crab. Soup base was extremely thin. I was very disappointed and will not be returning. This is our third time and last. Maybe it is because of the way we look. Sad when you know, you know.

Always love Bonefish! We sat at bar tonight to eat and Sierra the bartender was awesome! Wish her the best with her baby on the way! Fish was delish we had the trout and the black Cod special. Both awesome!

They were out of almost everything bc of mothers day and our salads looked like they had been made the day before the lettuce was brown. The calamari,Brussel sprouts,and cauliflower were good..

How do I start this off, we came to this restaurant on Mother’s Day. It was packed but we had reservations beforehand. The waitress that we had was rude to my wife and also rude to my mother in law. The waitress tried to ignore my wife, and daughter for food and drinks. The waitress also tried to ignore my mother in law when she told the waitress that she was missing something from her plate. The food finally came out and the only people to not receive their food was my wife and daughter. By the time my wife’s and daughter’s food came out the rest of our party was done eating.My wife, daughter, and I packed our food to go, and will not step foot into this establishment again due to the intended actions by the waitress. I would recommend any other restaurants than this one to get better service and food.
