Food took way to long to get. Wasn't busy enough for that. Made a reservation for a certain area. Was placed in another. Over cooked food. Terrible experience. Will not come back. Especially when paying 100.00. Also your website has no file complaints area nor email. Even that is difficult here.

A wonderful place for a nice dinner. Great bang-bang shrimp appetizer. Delicious entrees and great specials. We tried the Butterfish and the parmesean-crusted trout, and were not disappointed. The fried brussel sprouts with crushed macadamia nuts were superb!

So sad to say the food made me & my daughter both sick never happened before for two days, that was the first time the happened the server was a blessing. There was much more to the story but I would just like to say it wasn't a great experience this time.

Made reservations at Bonefish Grill (Murfreesboro) 03/02 @ 430p. Needed to eat early due to plans later. Also, pressed for time as a result. Arrived at 430p and seated immediately. Good so far, but downhill from there. Drink order taken fairly quick, but food order was taken 20 minutes later. Food took 40 minutes. During that time, server apologized, stating that the kitchen was backed up. The problem with that excuse was that the restaurant wasn’t crowded. No doubt, a staffing shortage, which can absolutely be attributed to poor management. And, after waiting 40 minutes, the food was barely warm, which means it sat for a while before being served. This was out first visit to a Bonefish Grill, and definitely our last visit to that particular location.

This was my first time at Bonefish Grill and had an amazing experience. I got the Butterfish with whipped potatoes and my wife got a sirloin and shrimp and both were amazing. Our server Olivia made frequent stops and even gave us her recommendations. We will be sure to go again for a date night sometime in the near future!
