This is my second time here. I came back because my first experience was awesome, but this time, not so much. The Ramen is not hot enough. The egg is cold making the broth colder. The restaurant is freezing. I am told that the heat doesn't work and that the boss won't fix things. The cooks are wearing jackets and hoods. I am not happy. I was literally shivering as it feels like the air conditioner is running. Can't eat the cold Ramen.

I had the shoyu ramen and green tea cheesecake. The ramen was flavorful and the toppings were delicious. The noodles were pleasantly firm, not soggy. While the runny egg was bland, the pickled ginger was zippy and the corn and spinach were refreshing. The cheesecake was just the right size for a light treat afterward.

Almost cold broth , 100% cold eggs, ALL of my chicken fit in the spoon. $17.50!! What a joke. Server was pleasant . I should have left when I walked in at 12 and there was ONE person there….. wish I can have my money back.

My friends are regulars, and I love the variety of food. Huge fan of the steam buns and edamame, and I appreciate the rotation of ramune!

This is our favorite ramen spot. We often travel more than an hour to enjoy their delicious steam buns and ramen. We were sadden to find out they no longer have the veggie broth. Hopefully they bring it back.

Nicely greated and order taken service was quick....loved the deepness of the broth and the spinach was awesome..
out of mushrooms on a Friday!?!....paid over $15 for 3 small pieces chicken...& what I believe was pasta ie spaghetti (grew up in a Italian neighborhood in NY that was spaghetti) have had ramen before NY, SF, LA Seattle, Toronto.....but never in Tennessee.....something must have gotten lost in translation.

Kailey and her staff, on January 5, 2026, took care of me. Even though I showed up right before closing, she sat me down and attended to me kindly and swiftly. The cooking staff put their soul into that food. I really appreciate the great service and great food I was given. Coming back(earlier lol)

Everytime I come here the food is fantastic, service is exceptionally friendly and I leave full and happy. For the experience I'm surprised they don't charge more! Also try the Japanese sodas!

up at 4 am experiencing food poisoning, check this food was already not great but now that i’m cramping and sick after it genuinely check your curry or something. i have never eaten here before yesterday night and never had food poisoning until now

Went for the first time today. Had the R8, sorry I forget the name. Absolutely wonderful. Great taste, great portion, great price and great service. We will be back.
