0 sauce on my boneless wings. The rewards system didn’t work. It just deducted my points and didn’t subtract from the original price at all. Food took twice as long as they said and then it came out terrible. The only positive was the employee who helped was very nice.

App isn't working, but can't honor the app only deals, even though the app isn't working. Bad look. Technical issues happen, but a billion dollar corp has to either have their app working, or honor those same deals in store. Inexcusable tbh.

It's hard to find a good server these days. Let me tell you: Kennedy is one of the best. That young lady is among the elite if a dying breed of good severs. She is an asset to the business and I hope she is appreciated for her hard work! I came back a few time and it’s now two years after my last review. Our server Liam was such a nice young man. My husbands boneless wings were delicious as well as his beer. My drink were too sweet and all of our other food was old and stale. The traditional wings were terrible as well as the fired and mozzarella sticks. I get fresher food at Burger King.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to have lunch inside an igloo, this is the place for you. Hard to enjoy the food when you’re freezing. It would also help if the serves at least occasionally stopped by your table instead of having to ask other servers to fill your drink because your waitress is just ignoring you and hanging out at one of her other tables. Fun times.

We have been going here for BOGO wings many times but the last two times we were forced to use the BWW app to get the special on wings. We were told they could not ring it up automatically by waitress. The app would not work on two different cell phones at all so they would not honor the price difference. The waitress told us to call for tech help but the only number we were given was for employment. Food was good but not worth the hassle anymore.

Worst BWW in the southeast. Bartender is extremely rude. Young little kid manager. My food was terrible. They refused to take my points. They refused to add points that I spent. I have had food poising for three days. Don’t go here.
