Worst one I've ever been to!!! Wrong order (half) and the stuff that was correct was completely RAW!!? Tried calling, only to hear cussing in the background from the supposed "manager" and him to promptly hang up. No answer since. Have my receipt, but doesn't do a bit of good when they won't answer or try to fix their screw up. Avoid this one if you don't want food poisoning!!!!

I waited about 4 minutes to place my order i had to cough loud so the employee at the wash station to hear me and then he says "we'll be with you in a moment" and so another min goes by. upon ordering I specifically told Baylie to make my order "FRESH". nothing was fresh!!! and everything was cold!!! and then i had to go back into the store# 16822 because she forgets my 8-pc nugget that were also cold!!!

Door says "This door to remain open during business hours" but was locked 7:19pm on a Wednesday. Employee refused to look in my direction even though knocking was loud enough to be heard.

Wasn’t open for lunch at 10:30 as advertised, lobby locked, rude staff, and got my order wrong. I keep saying I’ll never come back but another poor experience does it.
I never write reviews for some reason, but this experience deserves a review! I went to the drive through and placed my order, the lady in the first window was so so sweet and had good conversation with me. The young man Sedrick in the second window was even sweeter and just made me feel warm inside! Both of the employees were just so nice and you never see that anymore in drive through these days. I really hope someone at their store sees this review and praises these two employees! I wish I would have paid more attention to the lady’s name but I was just happy to have good conversation with her!

Its a disgrace when at a place of business and 5 teenager come in cuzzing and employee is giving them free ice cream cones. And one of the employees ask them to leave and they just laughed.
