I eat breakfast here and the food is good, and the staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS!!! The problem they have is that they open at 6am, but they are NEVER ready until 615-620. It's NOT the staffs fault, they have told me multiple times sorry and they are lage bc their boss won't let them work earlier to be ready at the 6am opening. That is a management/ownership problem being shortsighted by not paying the 2 or 3 people an extra 15 mins to have everything ready...

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!! It has always been one of my favorite places to eat. I'm questioning that now. By the time I got my drink, got my burger unwrapped and grabbed a fry...it was COLD!!! I've never had that happen before.The service was nothing to brag about and the atmosphere was lacking. May have been partially because of the fry's being cold. I may try it again sometime.

Always have a pleasant experience at this location. I hope management recognizes the shining star that they have with Hailey! She really excels at providing outstanding customer service.
