Picked up a Whopper in drive through.
Opened to add more catchup. Lettuce was rotten! Took pictures as I did not have time to return. This was about 4:00 in afternoon. Burger, bun were all cold. Won’t be back
this is the most pitiful Burger King I've ever been in. It was nasty. fly's everywhere, all around the ketchup dispenser ( nats thousands of them) and all around the inside trash cans..
landing on our food, it was disgusting. and the manager was rude and talked as if it wasn't her problem that the place was full of nats.
I don't usually complain but this was a terrible experience for our family our hash browns were cold they forgot the rest of our order 2 girls came in after us to order food and they walked out because nobody would come to the counter (mind you one of the workers was sitting in the lobby on his phone) definitely won't be back!
