What a wonderful experience at BK! Erika, assistant manager, went above and beyond to make our experience so great. We made a mistake with our order and we knew it was our fault, but she was so gracious to help us. Service was phenomenal and the fries were the freshest we’ve ever had!! We were also greeted by every employee when we first walked in! Thank you so much, Erika and team for being so kind.

Showed up here for lunch on a weekday around 2pm. The staff was incredible. It's refreshing to run into a fast food restaurant crew that treats people like that. Great customer service and the food was made right too.

We got drive thru I got outvoted in the car I haven't had a Burger King burger in a long time so I wasn't expecting much but the food was hot and delicious. We were on vacation so maybe the Burger King here has people who care it was really good.

Good crew. Had a minor mishap earlier. Made the call and the manager apologized for it. Came back kristan and Shawn both got my food correct. Food was fresh and hot.

The one at the counter was great. But watching them prepare the food had me question the decision of whether I was going back again or not. The employee didn't prepare my meal. But I would've asked for my money back if he did. The employee in question could not keep his pants up they were sagging about to his knees. And he kept pulling them up and grabbing himself, and he didn't change the glove he was wearing to prepare the food. And he did this about 6 times that I counted. If you are in a place of business where you serve the public. The last thing you need to do is have your pants sagging to your knees and constantly grabbing yourself. Not much of a business or management if they left the employees wear their uniform like that. Especially when their ass is showing.
