Worst customer service we've ever experienced a drive thru. RUDE to your customers is not how you treat them. To add to the terrible customer service, they didn't even get the order right. Need new management or possibly even a new franchise owner.

Looking at the previous bad experiences (which I wish we had checked out before) and no response from anyone, tells you all you need to know. We will NEVER return to this pathetic run location and hope many others do the same.

We ordered through the mobile app on 1/9/25 and arrived promptly at the drive thru. After confirming our order, we pulled up to the window where they told us to park and walk to the walk-up window to receive our order. At this point in time, us and one other vehicle are at the drive thru.

After receiving our food, we noticed upon arriving home that our order was incorrect and we were given another order with substantially less food that none of my family could eat. I promptly emailed support requesting a refund and they told me they could only provide me with coupons which is unacceptable considering I will never be ordering from a Burger King again after this interaction.

Do not waste your time with incompetence from this store and their customer service and do yourself a favor and buy your food elsewhere.

No more second chances, this is the worst Burger King in Murfreesboro. Constantly getting orders wrong, rude staff, exteriors lights off, and poor food quality for too much money. Skip this place.

The girl working the pickup window on 1-18-25 around 7:30 this morning has an attitude problem. I picked up an online order and stood there for about two minutes waiting while she was texting on her phone. I finally knocked on the pickup window to get her attention and she snapped at me stating that "We ignore people that knock on the glass". Upper management needs to know about this.

This burger king is on my route to work so it's faster, but this one is also over a dollar more for the same biscuit I can get across town. This location is always higher than the other, and the food is always dry. Most days I take the time to go across town to have the hot fresh biscuit. When I'm rushing I stop at this location and every time, my biscuit has increased in price and there was barely any communication when I asked about it. Just took my card and swiped and gave me the receipt. I believe they put it in differently, like they charge me for a biscuit add sausage and that's why it's 3 dollars as opposed to ringing it as a sausage biscuit like the other location and being charged 1.85

I went to this location twice. Once for a late lunch and once for breakfast.
When I got lunch they left an item out of my bag and I had to go back. On top of that they rank my order in wrong, and the chicken nuggets and french fries were cold and double dipped in the oil.
When I went for breakfast I sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes. When I finally pulled past the window their sign said they open at 6:00 a.m., and the manager was just sitting at the computer ignoring us.
Very disappointed!

Every time I ask for my chicken sandwich fresh they always heat it up in microwave seriously it’s 6 mins too cook .. Burger King you’re supposed to have it your way right ??

I think his name was Max but best customer service at a fast food place I’ve had in a while just got Burger King for the first time and a long time and he made the experience! It was around 10:33 Aug 13th, he needs a raise!

Worse Burger King I've ever been to. The past 2 times my husband and I have ate there, we have gotten very sick. Pretty sorry people are so lazy they can't even cook food properly especially when we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting on food and we were the only ones in line. We will not be back to that burger king
