I will be contacting corporate. I don’t care how petty this sounds but it’s really annoying that they shut the ice cream machine down three hours before closing time. This is not happened to me just on one single occasion it’s happened multiple times. It’s annoying and I’m over it.
Mushroom and Swiss had no mushroom; untoasted.

The tall guy Monday morning doesn't care. I came in with a computer sat down and places a mobile order to pick up at the counter. I watched my order sit while he just hung out until I had to ask if that was my order he doesn't say a word and just hands it to me. Like I get it I worked shit jobs for over 10 years but you can be human still
My food tasted old, and looked like it's been sitting for hours, never Been so disgusted with burger King, until I came to that location, Don't waste your money and time

Went through drive thru. 15 minutes for my order to get to me. Burger was OK but fries were cold and disgusting. $20 plus for two burgers and small fries. Won't ever be back!

Ordered doordash and this burger king can't make a single thing right apparently. 2 bacon kings with no bacon, 2 diet coke instead of coke and dr pepper, we ordered halfsies and got 2 regular cold fries. The drinks had no ice either. The app was useless trying to get a resolution. Get there and they tell us truck didn't come with bacon. So cancel the order then. Don't give me incorrect food. This isn't the first time we've had an issue with this location.

If you're the owner of this Burger King, you need to pay them a visit my friend because it has clearly been far too long. The entire crew is actively trying to ensure you don't turn a profit. Today I experienced the absolute worst service that I have ever experienced anywhere.
Where to begin... First, I drove past Hardee's thus morning and the line was wrapped around the building so I continued on to my second favorite - Burger King.
I thought it was my lucky day because there was no line in the drive-thru at all! So I pull up to the speaker and he says "please hold". Holding. Holding. Someone pulls up behind me. Holding... Holding... Guy behind me leaves. Holding. "Thank you for holding. What can I get you?" I ask for the number 5. "Please pull forward to the very first window. No one will be there but I'll meet you back there shortly." I said ok, thank you and pulled forward.
Waiting. Waiting. "That'll be $11.18" I pass him a $20 bill. "Hang on, I need to get change." Waiting. Waiting. I turn the truck off. Waiting. He gives me my change $8.72. Mostly nickels. I say thanks and pull forward. Guy hands me my bag and Orange Juice and I head home.
I get all the way home and reach in the bag to pop a hash brown in my mouth. They're so hard the first one cut the roof of my mouth. So I grab my sandwich and unwrap it only to find it's just a plain sausage sandwich. I ordered the #5 the S/E/C biscuit!!!
So I returned to get my money back. I walk in and stand at the counter. Nobody in sight. So I whistle, and someone comes up, its the guy who took my order. I said "hey I was just here and this is what I ordered", showing him the receipt. "This is what I got," showing him the sandwich. He said "I got you" and started to walk to the kitchen. I said "no, no, I want my money back please, and you can keep this." He's surprisingly calm, said "ok" and went to the back register to get the cash.
He comes back with $8.72 change and said "sorry we didn't have any quarters so you can have this roll of pennies..." Right as the manager walks up. I said "that's fine" then proceeded to count it. Manager says nothing and they both started to walk away.
I said "hey, I paid $11 and some change, this is only like $8 something." He came back and looked at the receipt again and agreed. Went to go get my change.
As he was getting my cash, a dining room customer walks up to me and says "hey, man I feel your pain. We got here when they first opened, and the trash was already overflowing inside and out. The parking lot was full of litter from the wind blowing their trash everywhere. Their fountain machine didn't have any ice so we had to come back to the counter and wait for them to come up so we could ask for it, then the manager dude only gave me like 4 little ice cubes. The coke was super syrupy so I poured it out and had to wait at the counter again to ask for more. The manager just looked at me stone faced when he came back."
I said "damn, it's absolute garbage. I just gave them their food back, got my money back, and won't be coming back." He said "me too" and we both left the building never to return.
It's clear to me now why there wasn't anyone but two people here, and Hardee's two blocks down is PACKED. Literally nothing was right, aside from the orange juice being sealed. The staff at this Burger King need to be treated like an oil change. Replace the whole lot of 'em.

Nice employees it's just the quality of food is sometimey. Meaning sometimes it's fresh and bomb but sometimes it's not fresh and waste of money. Now a days theres no money to waste. I'd say give em a chance early afternoon seems the best shot for freshness.

Kid-friendliness: My children are fascinated by nuguets, potatoes, they don't eat that very often, but I know they love it and if they could they would always eat hamburgers. They would be customers #1

Every single time I go they are out of items, they take 60 hours and a day to take your order. And the hand cheese croissants are cold majority of the time. And don’t ask for an Apple juice as it’s a juice box.

Would not recommend this burger king. My girlfriend ordered two burgers from this location and within hours after consuming she started getting sick. Mind you, we haven't ate anywhere else and usually just make our own food but decided to take a chance and eat out. This place not only took a large amount of time just to prepare our food but served our food under normal temperature meaning the food had been possibly sitting out and getting cold. The cheese wasn't even melted on the burger and that's a clear indicator on the food temperature. It was as if it was slapped on and served. Again, if you wish to take your chances on food poisoning.. Go ahead. To be specific, it was a later shift, around 8pm and the staff seemed to be hardly serious about their job. We didn't return the food because we aren't the ungrateful type who wants to cause a scene but this is unacceptable.
Habit of getting orders just slightly off. Decent food for price. No other complaints
