Didn’t get any food after waiting for 6 minutes at the drive through speaker being only one of two cars in the entire drive thru line. Automated speaker comes on to ask your order…you hear nothing for over three minutes and it comes on again and then you hear someone say one moment, so I left after another couple of minutes

The dude who took my order was nice but seemed like he might of been under the influence considering I had to tell him my order five times for him to understand what I wanted. No exaggeration. Then, after it seemed like he finally understood my order, I pay, and the junior whoppers I recieved didn't have cheese on them (specifically asked for cheese whoppers the last 3 times I explained the order) and the bag was also missing the cheese tots I asked for. To put the cherry on top, the burgers were cold and gross and all the fries I order were poured into the bottom of the bag. Already wasn't a big fan of burger King, but this was by far my worst experience at a burger king ever.
Food was awful. Everything was cold, mushy and gross. My wrap was half a chicken patty instead of chicken tenders. No sauce on the burger. Fries and chicken fries were old. Definitely won't be back.

Just waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. There was one vehicle in front of us when we pulled up and we never got our order taken in that time. After we pulled up to the intercom and were waiting, the next line over moved and the car that pulled up to that intercom was told it’s a 5-10 minute wait. More like never.

The food was cold even though it seemed they were making it to order. I stood in line for about 10 minutes until someone took my order; I was first in line. The lady in the front seemed very rude to her coworkers in the way she spoke to them. She was nice to me and other customers though. She would get overwhelmed very easily. 1 cook, 1 person preparing food, 1 person drive thru, very understaffed and disorganized. This Burger King is more like Burger Peasant.

Ordered 2 combos on Uber Eats. 1st a 16 piece nugget with "half n half" fries and onion rings and 2nd a 12 piece chicken fry with fries. What we got was 25 nuggets and 1 small fry and literally 1 onion ring in the form of crumbs. Also didn't bother to tell our driver they didn't have chicken fries.
