They can not even get a single hamburger with everything but mayo right. This place is a joke. The only one working was the young guy at the counter.

They have yet together my order correct in the dive thru. On 5 separate occasions I have had to go back in and have them give me what they left off, sometimes multiple items. I will not go back.

Used to be one of the better BKs but has gone downhill. Employees see to just not care and sometimes are just plain rude. Floors and kitchen(as seen from the counter) have been dirty/messy/food on floors. What happened to to once good BK? Also have become very slow with orders.

Ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara. Received no marinara. Ordered Hershey's pies. Received only one.
Went thru the drive thru. They were polite and friendly. I was served quickly and my food was hot and exactly as ordered. I would recommend them .

They are so slow and when you finally do get your food it's cold or you didn't get all of it they like to stand there on their phones in my opinion this is the worst burger King in Murfreesboro also I ordered online wanted 2 milkshakes get there to pick up my order and guess what they tell me they just emptied it so no milkshakes

Went thru drive thru order Big Fish SAndwich and whopper with mustard onion pickle tomato I got little h burger loaded in mayo couldn’t taste anything but mayo couldn’t eat it. What the worst was guy had me pull up to window cz he couldn’t understand me told him 4 times what I wanted. I will never eat at BK ever again
