They are so slow and when you finally do get your food it's cold or you didn't get all of it they like to stand there on their phones in my opinion this is the worst burger King in Murfreesboro also I ordered online wanted 2 milkshakes get there to pick up my order and guess what they tell me they just emptied it so no milkshakes

Went thru drive thru order Big Fish SAndwich and whopper with mustard onion pickle tomato I got little h burger loaded in mayo couldn’t taste anything but mayo couldn’t eat it. What the worst was guy had me pull up to window cz he couldn’t understand me told him 4 times what I wanted. I will never eat at BK ever again

Breakfast sandwiches were really fresh/hot, but seemed just thrown together. Staff was pleasant, but provided no napkins and didn’t ask if I needed anything else when picking up the food at 2nd drive thru window.

Picked up breakfast in the drive thru. Had the egg bacon cheese croissant hashbrowns and diet coke. The food was COLD. Tired of paying outrageous prices for subpar food.

Went there for lunch, asked " would you like to add cheese ",said yes asked what size, said large fries were Medium drink was fine.No cheese, and wrong size fries, just want what you pay for.

So gross inside, we decided not to eat there. Zero toilet paper and terrible bathrooms, which is crazy because it seemed like we were the first customers of the day being 7am. There was no staff in sight when we came in even after saying "hello" a few times.

I waited close to an hour to get food. The staff was unapologetic. In fact, they all just seemed really confused and collectively inept. By the time I got the food, it was cold. Except for the milkshake. The windows have not been cleaned for some time, and that really makes me question the job they are doing at cleaning the rest of the restaurant. Oh, and those frozen drink signs all over the freaking place? They are there only to taunt you, as the frozen drink machine is non-functional 90% of the time.

Last time I went the coke machine had dumped soda all over the floor. No one did anything, no wet floor signs, nothing. Tried again today, in drive thru and it took over 40 minutes. This place has really gone down hill.
