Just one poor guy working by himslef the counter the drive through and the kitchen SHAME on management for letting this happen several customers left from the drive through i had to go inside when i didnt want to and later just one girl appeared how do you work a fast food restaurant with just two workers with the guy being alone by himself most of the time the manager and owner of this place should be ashamed of themselved for letting this happen mind you this was at 8 pm not super late to say oh one or two people can stay even then ive mever seen a burger king so under staffed the should definitely get a raise because this is outragous

This place just keeps getting worse . Ordered online . Thinking it would be better because the drive thru is just horrible no matter when you go . Well big mistake. Husband ordered the new brisket whopper . Had barely anything on it . Had to drive back to the restaurant walk in , people just standing there said they been waiting 15 mins . No one was acknowledging anyone . 5 people walked out , Very sad , depressing atmosphere. Finally spoke to a manager. She attempted to make the burger and it was still the same . Don’t waste your $ here go to church st or St. Andrew’s .

The food is fine it’s just the service & staff everytime I go through this location. Just today, sat calling out via the drive through for someone for 10 minutes, had to pull up to the main window just to be asked to pull back to the previous window because no one was paying attention to the drive through. Staff seems noticeably out of it, consistently. I will go to another location if I want BK

The food was great. They came up quick with it. Restaurant was super clean. Bathrooms were clean, though getting out of the bathroom without a towel was a little weird the soap dispenser was way too low.
