Why if you go after 8:45 are you forced to pay for tartar sauce bc the workers have already pulled it from the condiment station. So annoying bc if your someone like me sauce matters and to be forced to pay .69 for a not even half full cup is annoying.

Today was particularly busy and they seemed short staffed. Add in some entitled obnoxious customers, and it could have been a disaster, but despite the wait, the food was amazing and Gracie, the young woman running the front register is incredible. I would hire and recommend her for quite literally anything - she is a legend in the making. Kind, confident, well-spoken, and handled the few ridiculously rude customers with absolute grace and poise. Seriously, it’s rare to encounter someone able to handle these situations the way she did, and my husband and I were both choked up with emotion at how unfair some of the customers behaved and yet how resilient and kind she was. We will be back, and Gracie is a superstar.

I love going to this Captain D's. They cook everything fresh. The team there is always so nice and helpful. It is always clean too. It is such a great option when you want quick but family style meals with better options than just fries for your kids. And their prices and deals are the best. Do not pass this location up when near.

Stopped in there to get something to go. People walked out because service was extremely slow. Took thirty minutes to get food

What ordered vs what I got! Ordered online from their website: 2 pc fish and 2 pc chicken with Cole slaw and okra. Site said ready in 10 min. I live less than that from Capt Ds son south church, Murfreesboro, TN. Get there and only one ordered awaiting pu. She checked my order twice and said all there and handed to me. While getting my drink and took a look and no coke slaw and chix looks unappetizing. (See pic). Brought to her attn bit only offered Cole slaw she argued there is new people in the kitchen. Refused to replace the chix! This location has been crap since it opened. Not sure why it can’t be as good as Capt Ds on Cason Ln!!

Customer service needs help food. It was ok, nothing's a brag about restaurant. What's clean? I do appreciate that. I feel as if one associate is dealing with a customer for a lengthy. of time. I feel that another associate should come and help next person in line instead Make the customer continue to wait, especially after waiting 5 minutes. And you don't see that the conversation is coming to an end. So I ended up ordering on the app. Then going back in and waiting for my food since I was nine being helped appropriately.
