I totally recommend this Captain D's store to anyone who loves fish! This store is ran the right way! Good Food, great service and the sweetest manager you'll ever meet. 5 Stars all the way?

The restaurant was bright and clean when I walked through the doors. The young lady running the counter was sweet and easy to talk to which made the ordering process seamless. My plate came out quickly and was well worth the money. I'm glad I stopped by on my way to Atlanta, God bless.

The last two times I went in here there were little to no customers inside,but besides that. My food was hot and fresh both times. I gave it a four star because my mac and cheese wasn't as good. The atmosphere was nice and the server was nice too.

If I could give one star over the customer service and the treatment that I got today I will give less than one star. First off how do you scrape lettuce and tartar sauce off of sandwich then rewrap it and give it to a customer. Then when said customer explain to you what you did you accuse him of being loud and and threatening when you almost killed the person today. This is total totally undeceptable from a restaurant standpoint this is this is not how a restaurant supposed to work at all. The food and health administration need to come up there and investigate. Normally when there is a mixed group of workers there both white and black food and services always superb today we had a bunch of non Dei and it was horrible just terrible. Service workers being threatening and acting uncontrollably in public is bad just bad.

Y’all don’t sleep on this location because it’s not a drive thru - I had a DELICIOUS order of lobster rolls today which I believe are like 400 calories and $5.83. I’m so full and they are so light and yummy on a toasted sweet roll. the restaurant is hiring, it is immaculately clean, the staff are incredibly caring humans running it - they say “hello, welcome in” when you walk in which who doesn’t like a welcome greeting? bring a party, the place is huge! A nice treat after the gym too.

The food here is usually not bad. My wife and I were looking forward to it. Everything online and here on the door it says open until 10:00 p.m. tonight. It's a Thursday. The sign in the window says open . There are people inside working, however the doors are locked. I called . The person walking around up front answered. Said they were closed..I said but it's only 10 after 9. She said they close at 9 on the weekdays. Bull. Lazy people. This is bad business. Won't come back and will encourage others to eat somewhere else..

Why if you go after 8:45 are you forced to pay for tartar sauce bc the workers have already pulled it from the condiment station. So annoying bc if your someone like me sauce matters and to be forced to pay .69 for a not even half full cup is annoying.

Today was particularly busy and they seemed short staffed. Add in some entitled obnoxious customers, and it could have been a disaster, but despite the wait, the food was amazing and Gracie, the young woman running the front register is incredible. I would hire and recommend her for quite literally anything - she is a legend in the making. Kind, confident, well-spoken, and handled the few ridiculously rude customers with absolute grace and poise. Seriously, it’s rare to encounter someone able to handle these situations the way she did, and my husband and I were both choked up with emotion at how unfair some of the customers behaved and yet how resilient and kind she was. We will be back, and Gracie is a superstar.

I love going to this Captain D's. They cook everything fresh. The team there is always so nice and helpful. It is always clean too. It is such a great option when you want quick but family style meals with better options than just fries for your kids. And their prices and deals are the best. Do not pass this location up when near.
