Went there to pick up a DoorDash order, the cashier had an attitude with All customers, and was yelling at the cook for messing up the orders. I seen a couple leave after they saw that happened and I felt uncomfortable and ended up cancelling the DoorDash order. This is my first time ever going in to the restaurant and will not come back again after what I’ve seen.

Should’ve know better than to try captain d’s again after years. Tiniest little butterfly shrimp I’ve ever been served anywhere. Crab cakes completely soggy blended mush filling, looks nothing like the ad instead. Fries cold and chewy. Missing hush puppies. Extra star just for giving me tons of condiments and napkins and green beans weren’t too bad.

We were the first dine-in order of the day, and yet somehow our fries arrived ice cold and the fried fish was under-cooked. Also, we were also charged $9.00 for 3 cups of water, but that charge was removed after I complained. The fried oysters were good for the price.

We came in for lunch after church. One table full in the restaurant. We waited over 30 minutes for cold food. The fries were awful. I ordered fish and shrimp and didn’t get the shrimp. Went to let the staff know I didn’t get the shrimp. She acted like I had to pay extra when I already paid. I never got the shrimp. Just went back up to get a refund. Not to mention the staff is rude as all get out! This is not the first bad experience. I just wanted to give it another shot. We will not be back.

We had lunch at Captain D's on broad today and it was bad. The fish i know was cooked in old oil it was dark brown. We never got any hush puppies. The girl's running the front was talking loud and swearing like they was in the hood. Who ever is managing this restaurant can't do any better than this needs to find another job.

Came thru the drive-thru for my order. Derrick was so great! Courteous, friendly, professional, and made certain my order was correct. I don't eat Captain D's very much but sometimes I have a craving for their fish. Was not disappointed. 10/28/2024 order #0010

The wait for the food at this restaurant is way too long. The last two times I visited, I had to wait in my car for about 20-25 minutes for the food to be ready.
The food is average. It's good, but the fries are almost always cold and limp.
The staff are polite and have good service. I would not recommend this location unless you really like Captain Ds.
