I ordered a order of fries or order of hush puppies and a bowl of Cracklin’s with a large soda I get the soda it’s no ice the young man says oh I’m sorry we don’t have any ice is 80° outside why do I need a hot soda and also the fries were not fresh I paid nine dollars and some change for this

I've been to this location three times in the last 2 months and the fish is always undercooked. Also, the lady that works the drive-thru on Tuesday evenings does a terrible job. I'm only going to the South Church Street location from now on because their fish is cooked properly and isn't watered down mush from being undercooked. Gross.

The food was good. The service was bad. There was absolutely nobody at the drive-through when I got there and I had to sit there for at least five minutes waiting on them to even say hello and they didn’t so I finally said is there anybody there and then they said hold on a minute. When I got to the drive-through and handed the girl my card, she said my card declined and it didn’t then when I got my food I had nothing in it no napkins, no tartar sauce no ketchup and I asked for extra tartar sauce there was no ice in my husband‘s tea. There was no fork to eat the coleslaw. I got four tartar, sauces, and four packs of ketchup when I ask for extra at the speaker when I got to the window, the boy threw tartar sauce at the girl and it went all over the floor, and then they handed me my food without my drinks, and the boy asked me for my receipt, which I never did get because she said her printer wasn’t working, but she never gave it to me. This is very bad service. These two children need to stay at home if they all they’re gonna do is play.!😡
