We had our wedding at Carriage Lane Inn in Sept 2024 and everything was perfect. It was wonderful to be able to direct any questions to Taylore and the other staff. My husband and I didn't have to worry about anything except getting ready and having a good time! We had several guests with food allergies and the staff was happy to work with us to make sure everyone was accommodated. It was as perfect and stress free of a day as it could have been!

I stayed in every room on the property at one time or another between 2016 and 2018 . I am the biggest fan of this b&b and would never stay anywhere else when traveling to or nearby Murfreesboro Tennessee, or when making the long trip between Knoxville Tennessee and Little Rock Arkansas or Jackson Mississippi. Victoria and Daryl are excellent hosts and hostess and are very accommodating. I cannot put into words how much I love this place, and the garden room was my favorite room with the burgundy room being close behind. I also had an opportunity to stay in the bridal suite for a period of about 6 weeks when I had to temporarily relocate to Central Tennessee for my work. This bed and breakfast is my number one bed and breakfast bar none.

Attended a wedding here and enjoyed it. The ceremony was in the backyard. Small but cute some very nice magnolia trees provided some privacy and a nice backdrop. You are just out of a parking lot though and right by private houses as well. Inside for the reception was a well appointed room with plenty of room for a party of 10 to 30 to dance. The DJ was absolutely fantastic. Rocking a kilt he read the room and played some classics to get the party going and then hit us with some emo and rock crowd pleasers. I think everyone had a wonderful time overall.
We had our wedding here last night with about 60 people and for a small wedding the venue is perfect. It’s tucked away in a smaller, older neighborhood that’s not very loud or visible from main roads. The staff was great to us from start to finish and everything we possible needed was accommodated. If you’ve got a small wedding I highly recommend having your’s here.
Food and drinks: The food for our wedding was incredible!

I had my wedding here yesterday and they went above and beyond! They took all of the decor that I brought and set it up even better than I had envisioned and helped pack it up at the end of the night. The venue looked beautiful and they worked hard to accommodate me still having an outdoor wedding even when there was a good chance of rain. Taylore did so well keeping everything on track for the day and helping us out! The food was also amazing and all of my guests had positive things to say. The day went better than I imagined it could have and it will always be a great memory for us.
What a wonderful place to stay when Murfreesboro TN. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Will come again!

I was referred here by a dear friend that had a wonderful experience 15 years prior.
I have not one good thing to say about this venue.
1. Communication lacks all around, they will only reach out for guest count and money.
2. Property was lacking all around (we were promised things would be okay for our wedding)
Limbs on the ceremony pergola
Chairs literally in pieces and very stained and warped ( my larger guests were afraid to sit down)
Trash on the way to the ceremony site was rank
Broken fence
Vines growing through the bridal suite floor vents
Chef entering the bridal suite without notice to get access to their refrigerator which resides in the bridal suite
4. Over estimated on guests and the buffet was still slim when my last 2 tables went through.
3. MAKE SURE TO HIRE A MONTH OF PLANNER AND DAY OF COORDINATOR. I was told I was being provided with a day of coordinator and my 2 week post op Maid of Honor and my Photographer had to assume that role. The coordinator didn’t know what time my ceremony was, We had no wine or even water for our first toast and the top tier of my cake was served first, alcohol was only put on ice 45 minutes before it started being served. My guests had no idea where the cocktail snacks or cake was. In all reality if I didn’t have my MOH and Photographer, our day would have been disastrous.
I reached out to voice my concern and was only offered a very generic apology and a top tier cake replacement. When I reached back out I was ignored. Please do yourself a favor if you need a budget friendly venue and don’t choose this one.

We held my daughter bridal shower here! Oh my goodness gracious… I can’t say enough about how awesome the staff was! So helpful, everything was perfect and ready to go ON TIME, they helped finish up with a little decor we brought to add in. Constantly checking in throughout the event, keeping an eye on any and everything. And the food ❤️ we chose the chicken salad croissant with fruit and a pasta salad! It was sooooo delicious! Absolutely perfect in every way! Thank you so much for making my daughters day so extra special!
Food and drinks: Let them do the work! The food was amazing, well played, fresh and delicious! It was so nice to not have to worry at all about coordinating anything food related.
Noteworthy details: It’s the little details that make it all stand out. The quaint beauty of the house with our little extra details make it a perfect location for showers, weddings, any women’s event. And they have a good stache of decor for you to use! Just can’t say enough about how nice this place was !

My wife and I had our wedding here a couple weekends ago and we couldn't have been more pleased with how it turned out. We were on little bit of a budget so we had a smaller ceremony but it was set up beautifully. The coordinator Taylor was amazing. She even decorated our cake exactly how we wanted it. We are truly grateful.

We used the house to get ready for a wedding at Carriage Lane. It had plenty of rooms and was very clean. The venue itself was a bit disappointing.
Nearby activities: Wedding/event space is just behind the house.
Noteworthy details: Each bedroom has a bathroom. The position of the toilets are quite strange, such as at a weird angle or below a very low ceiling.

I have attended a dinner and a brunch at Carriage Lane Inn. Both were wonderful.
Nearby activities: Close to other antebellum homes to tour and Civil War history.

I was the best man for my brother and the outdoor venue was beautiful however they did not put out enough chairs and people were standing in the back. Moments before the bride walked down the aisle the planner came to her with a list of problems so the bride had to worry about those while walking down the aisle. When we needed help or needed to ask questions staff was nowhere to be found. Constantly throughout the night the planner came to the bride with problems instead of coming to the list of people we told her to go to with any problems. Horribly managed and not worth the chaos and anxiety the staff causes.

I hosted a graduation celebration for my soon. Perfectly located near MTSU and downtown Murfreesboro. The house is very well maintained and extremely spacious. There are two master suite’s downstairs which were perfect for adults and the kids shared 3 bedrooms (5 beds) upstairs. Victoria was an amazing host.
