Went to Cava today for my mom's birthday. It was her first time at Cava. Mark took the time to explain everything to her. He explained what each menu item was and if they were spicy or not. He even let her try a sample of the lamb which she loved and then she ordered. I really appreciated his help. He went above and beyond.

Listen! I mean, absolutely amazing! The worker was extremely helpful for it to be my first time being there!. The food was absolutely phenomenal! Goodness me. I will most definitely be back. You have to get the peta bread! It is to die for. I got the new shawama, or however it is spelled, bowl. I added the spicy paste to the side. My new favorite gem hands down. Thanks a ton for the wonderful experience and even more amazing food

I love cava. I come here once a week on Friday for lunch and because I have high blood pressure I always asked for no salt on the pita chips. The manager/owner always looks out for me
The food at Cava is always fresh, flavorful, and delicious every time we visit! The staff is friendly and very patient while we customize our bowls! Today, on her way to work, my wife got her regular bowl and at this point, they probably should have her order memorized! She almost always get the fresh pita chips too. I got the same bowl on my way home from work!
The restaurant is clean no matter the time of day we go. The service is quick and the portions are generous! I highly recommend Cava!!
