This worked well for our group. They kept track of people coming in, taking orders, serving food correctly, and follow-up as needed. Quite a few people were dining there - food was good and everything seemed to happen smoothly.

I took my 2 princesses to Champys tonight on a Daddy/Daughters date. The service from everyone was amazing! It was quick and food came out very fast! Ava was super sweet to my girls and even took them to pick out some ice cream. She went above and beyond for us! We will definitely be back!

We stopped in for dinner. Emily was our waitress and something was just odd with her waitressing style. Since my husband got to our table first, She took my husband‘s beverage order and when I got to the table and sat down, she came back and said she was going to have his drink in a moment, but never asked me if I wanted anything. I had to stop her when she was walking away. I asked a couple questions about drinks , but then she never asked me if I wanted anything. My husband and I both had a Champy’s crispy chicken salad which was fantastic! It came out just as we ordered and the chicken was fresh and hot. After the meal, we asked for the check, then Emily came back and asked if we were ready for the check. So we asked about dessert. She was sweet and said that she could bring us a couple different choices on what they look like so we could decide. We ended up ordering the banana pudding that was very sweet but yummy. Another waitress came to our table to ask us about our dog and she was very friendly and personable. They have some creative drink choices that I have not seen at other Champy’s.
We would go back.

Spent $95 dollars for old food fried were old as well as the cat fish. The chicken was bland no seasoning. The only items that were any good were the sides I bought with the family meal. I’ll now take the drive to the Smyrna location from now on .

love this place.. me and my mom go here every time we visit Murfreesboro... no pictures sorry ... the food is gone as soon as I get it....
The evening and service were great. Everyone's plates looked great. Except mine. I was expecting catfish fillets, but I received catfish tenders. What I mean by that is the catfish was the size of 4 chicken tenders. Don't get me wrong, the food tasted great and looked good. I was just expecting larger cuts of catfish.

Great service with a traditional southern menu and a heavy intentional fried chicken focus. Our bartender Audrey was AWESOME, very attentive, and kept everything up to speed with drinks and frequent checkin's. She also had other beautiful ass-ets that made the overall experience excellent!!

The bartender was busy talking to other servers and less busy tending to customers. The restaurant was not very busy, but the food took about 30 minutes to be brought out. I will say, the chicken is really good. The sides could be better.
