This place needs some love and attention. This was one of my boyfriend’s favorite places to get a burger growing up and I honestly didn’t feel comfortable ordering anything. I would recommend pressure washing and taking care of the exterior of the building to make customers feel more comfortable eating here. I just don’t believe food is being safely handled when your restaurant screams neglect.

The people who work here are rude and have an attitude problem. They need to be fired and have new staff rehired. They cooked food with no gloves had an attitude after I paid for my food and screamed at the window for me to “pull up”. I waited over 20 minutes for food that shouldn’t have been longer than 5 minutes to cook. I’d avoid this checkers. I paid $18 for my food & the treatment I received I won’t be back.

Food is good, but at any given time they have one employee working alone and it takes ten years to get through the line. No joke been sitting in the line next up in line for 20 minutes. And then gotta still order and wait on our food then too. This happens every time we have the misfortune of forgetting and pulling in here. I should send a bill to checkers corporate for my time lost.

The drive thru operators have ignored me for 5-10 minutes at a time with an empty restaurant. Bad service, maybe not all employees, or even most, but clearly their management does nothing to enforce quality service. Food is okay?

The food is excellent, but they need to get that sweet girl some help, she was overrun with customers and she was doing the best she could under the circumstances and I have to give her props for doing such an excellent job working by herself. Spicey chicken sandwich and those amazing fries. Friend had the Philly steak sandwich...it was delicious thy said but wore out their stomach later.

Ads look great food no so much and the sodas were NOT soda it was just plain carbonated water. My roommates and I were looking forward to a good meal but overall the food wasn't all that good. The most flavor came from the fries which were pretty good but out of 4 different burgers, chili dogs, chili fries, and our drinks that was the only thing that really had good flavor. I spent about $60 on all of us just to eat the taste of depression. Maybe their other burgers we didn't try were better but we each got something different and none of us really cared for any of it besides the one thing we all agreed on after trying each others food and that was only the regular fries. The chicken burger was kinda like an off brand McDonalds Mcchicken but somehow tasted more processed? The beef burgers tasted like they had sat for a day then got reheated. Personally I wouldn't want to waste my money trying their other options after this but to each their own. If you really love fries though I'd recommend theirs.

Literally had a team member repeat our special order to us to make sure AI didn't get it wrong. She repeated it to us perfectly. Then got home and it was all wrong. Just sad and pathetic. Save yourself some time and go to Hardee's
