Ordered the fully loaded fries and double checker burger and the fries were soggy and I don't think anybody ever cleans! the walls was dirty the floor was a mess the cubby where they store the bags was gross wouldn't suggest eating here

This checkers is the worse. I just left from there I couldn't get a staff member to take my order nor come to the order window . I'll never come back to this restaurant. And cheers is my favorite fast food place. So disappointed

Use to like checkers. Last few time I been the wait was stupid crazy. Literally took my whole lunch break waiting on the food after ordering ahead of time. There was literally only 1 worker running the register and cooking.

We ordered from here this evening and ended up with two completely wrong burgers with stale buns and our third burger was completely missing. The burgers we did get, that weren’t even correct, tasted like they had been sitting around for hours; the lettuce and tomatoes were wilted and mushy and the burger patty was cold and hard at the edges. Seriously disgusting.

Last week the I tried checkers for the first time. Not knowing what to expect, I entered the drive thru with mixed expectations. The lot is not the best well kept, and that concerned me a little bit. It was pretty neat that they have been able to utilize a computer to take my order. The computer was much more clearer in speech compared to many humans these days, so that was a definite plus. Typically the drive thru is not my 1st choice. This one is different, in a good way. The gentleman at the window was very kind and completed my order and payment quickly. Now, the Big Buford burger comes through my window and I drive away not know what to expect. Upon arriving at home, I opened the packaging and take a bite. Let me share that i am not a fast food junkie, and when I do go, Burger K!#@ is my 1st choice... well, was my first choice. The Big Buford, hands down is the best fast food burger around. Beats Burger King, Wendy's, McDonalds, Whataburger... Ill be back when I get a hankering for a fast food burger. Im looking forward to trying their other burgers. Go try for yourself!

Out of tomato , onion didn't have American cheese Swiss only.
I got food poisoning from this location 3 nights ago. Not sure what was wrong with the food but definitely be careful ordering from here
