Ads look great food no so much and the sodas were NOT soda it was just plain carbonated water. My roommates and I were looking forward to a good meal but overall the food wasn't all that good. The most flavor came from the fries which were pretty good but out of 4 different burgers, chili dogs, chili fries, and our drinks that was the only thing that really had good flavor. I spent about $60 on all of us just to eat the taste of depression. Maybe their other burgers we didn't try were better but we each got something different and none of us really cared for any of it besides the one thing we all agreed on after trying each others food and that was only the regular fries. The chicken burger was kinda like an off brand McDonalds Mcchicken but somehow tasted more processed? The beef burgers tasted like they had sat for a day then got reheated. Personally I wouldn't want to waste my money trying their other options after this but to each their own. If you really love fries though I'd recommend theirs.

Literally had a team member repeat our special order to us to make sure AI didn't get it wrong. She repeated it to us perfectly. Then got home and it was all wrong. Just sad and pathetic. Save yourself some time and go to Hardee's

The Kill'a Orca
I ordered the 10 cheese burgers for $10. I asked if I could get 5 without cheese. They told me yes. All 10 had cheese on them. One of my sons doesn't eat cheese. The point is this. How hard can it possibly be to make 5 with & 5 without cheese on a Sunday with no rush, no lines? Do better!

Listen I have so excited when I hear a checkers was coming to Cookeville, I grew up with on in Beckley WV this place gives me so many happy memories about my childhood! Food is amazing I love the funnel cakes, Staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
GARBAGE! IF YOU EVER GET THRU THE LINE EXPECT RUDE NASTY SERVICE. WITH MEDIOCRE FOOD QUALITY.

Husband and I have loved checkers for years. But we just got out of a 30 plus minute wait in the Drive-Thru got our food was met with Rudeness and the food was cold

I don't do virtual order takers. Out of stock on many items which is acceptable. The Team member did not ask if my second choice was a combo since the combo I initially wanted was not available due to being out of bacon. Out of milkshakes, out of coke, mango freezes, he should have asked. He did ask how our day was going. The burgers are good overall. Disappointed. Whoever is in charge of ordering needs to do a better job.

The amazing young lady at the drive though window helped me fix my order & was very polite. I really appreciated the help. This was at about 11:00 on Oct 10th. Young lady needs a raise! Got the T-pain meal deal with a root beer.
