Large portions at good prices! And the croissants are really buttery and flakyđŸ€€ however, the steak was a little undercooked around bone.

First as we walked in there was no one in the front. We waited about 3 minutes before anyone came to the front to seat us. There was another couple waiting and she ask them how many while skipping us. The couple was standing next to the podium and we were about a foot away. My wife let her know that we were there first and with a really rude and disrespectful attitude. She told us that we have to be standing where the other couples were, otherwise they will not see us. Again, we are a foot away from the podium. If you want your customer to stand in a specific area, put a sign up and mark the floor. Also, being rude to your customer is not part of the job description.

Ordering our food is like talking across the atlantic ocean. The waiter was 5 ft away from us taking our orders. I have to raised my voice to make sure he gets our orders correctly. We got a spinach dip for appetizer and it's dry and very salty. Not only are they rude but also trying to get my blood pressure up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you like life, I would not go to cheddar

Walked in with 2 people got a 35-40 minute wait even when there were a lot of spots open then the bathroom was disgusting and there were no soap the workers were rude especially the hostess and they forgot some fries and the people that got seated after left and got their food before us

There's no experience. Sat down, waiting for at least 10 minutes, no one came by to even say hi or acknowledge we exist. I even hit the call server button, still nothing.

The other family that sat at the same time with us got their orders on their table and all that. But not us.

It's alright. I guess they were super busy but eh đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž Just left to somewhere else. Shame, I do like their food.

Cheddar's is one of our goto's for family get togethers. This was our first time at this location. The food was on par with the other locations we have dined at, however the atmosphere was extremely loud. I'm good with the typical chatter over a meal that occurs, but for some reason the young children here seem to be screening a lot. Our server Christy (Brianna) was great. She kept our table clear and our glasses full. The wait on a weekend for a group of 6 was right about 40 minutes for dinner.

Horrible service. We made a reservation for a big party of 14. They said they could accommodate but they sat us at different tables where it was difficult to speak to one another. The waitress was very rude the whole time. Only getting one tables appetizers and the other table had to ask separately. She didn’t want to do refills until enough people needed one. Some of the appetizers came after the main meal. They got orders wrong and when asked to be corrected they took so long that by the time they brought it didn’t even matter. Over all it was a terrible experience colored especially by rude staff. We can deal with mistakes and even expect them with so many people to be serviced but the attitude really soured everything even more.

My worst experience at any restaurant. It ruined my appetite and I did not touch my entree.

6:40 - Seated
6:50 - Place an appetizer order with server (he promises to bring rolls with it) and drinks
7:00 - Spinach dip and drinks arrive (no rolls)
7:10 - Place order for entrees  (no rolls still and drinks empty)
7:20 -  Food arrives (drinks empty/no rolls still)
7:25 - Brings drink refills only because wife asked and he was oblivious (no rolls still)
7:40 - asks if we need anything else

Absolutely not.

We showed up at 6:,00 pm and we called ahead. We waited entirely to long for our food to come out. I'm talking 45+ minutes. People who were seated after us and ordered after us. Got their food, ate their food, and left before we were served our food. I had to ask our server where our food was. Then, I had to pay $150.00 before tip.

I checked in online as I was walking into the restaurant at 9:17pm 12/14 where I was greeted by the host. She then took us (a party of two, one of which was a child) to the bar side & sat us behind a wall where no one could see us or vice versa & told us our server would be with us momentarily. A few minutes later the same host came back to get our drink order in which both of us ordered sweet tea when she brought them back to our table she was very rude & short while saying “give us a minute” & walked off. After she left our table we then realized she had given us unsweet tea so we sat there until 9:35pm until I decided to go back up to the host stand & asked the same young lady if someone was going to serve us, she proceeded to tell me that our server had went outside for a minute but she thought she would’ve been back by now, frustrated by this point I then told her “you got us unsweet tea instead of sweet tea is there anyway you could get us sweet tea?”. She followed me back to our table grabbed our glasses & walked off looking very annoyed. When she returned she just sat our glasses down & without saying a word just walks off again. But when we tried our drinks again they were still unsweet tea. After a few more minutes of not having a server come get our order or anyone bothering to check on us at least we decided we was just gonna leave to get better service at McDonald’s (which is very pathetic). As we were walking out at 9:40pm I decided to ask the same host to speak with a manager which I believe I heard her say his name was Matt but I’m not completely positive on that as he did not properly introduce himself. When he walked up to me I asked if he was a manager & he shook his head yeh & asked me what he could help me with, I then told him how I frequently visit this restaurant but how disappointed I was with the whole experience going into detail on everything & all he said to me was sorry about that. I felt like speaking to that manager was a waste of my breath because he offered to do nothing to make this right so I’m writing this review so maybe someone will actually do something about this behavior.
I am beyond frustrated & disappointed (because I come to this restaurant a lot). If this is how service will continue I won’t be back because this whole experience has been unacceptable
