Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

One of the worst cheddar's I have been to. After working a long day at work I decided to come here. I ordered to plates to go at the take out area, key West meal and the country fried chicken meal I even tip left to the waitress. I get all the way home to come to find that I don't have side items to either of my meals. I call the restaurant they asked me to come back to pick them up I just wasn't going to do that. I had been at work all day I just wanted to go home and relax and have a nice meal so since I denied to come back to the store they offered to to.give me my money back and I agreed to that. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks to receive my money back on my card I have talked to 3 different managers and I still haven't received my money back so not only did I not receive my food now I haven't gotten my money back either they are taking people Money and keeping the food. People work to hard for there money. This is robbery and I think people should no about this. I definitely would not order any food from this restaurant The only way I would eat there again if it's free I can't even get corporate on the phone to handle the situation this is crazy I placed the order pay for the order and didn't even get the food I ordered or my money back shame on the person who's running this restaurant.

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen was located near our hotel in Cleveland, TN The hostess was friendly, welcoming. There wasn't a wait when we arrived. We were given menus and beverage orders taken shortly after being seated. We both ordered beer batter fish/shrimp plates. My sides were broccoli and corn; his sides were fries/green beans. Everything came out perfect and we enjoyed our meal. Our server was fantastic. Cheddar's is a favorite of ours... We want / need one in Canton, GA!!!

First time coming here. The food was amazing! We came with a group of 7 and got the spinach dip, wisconsin cheese bites, and chips & queso for appetizers. They were all great but I would mostly recommend the first two. I got the country fried chicken for my entree and was very impressed by the flavor and quality, especially for the price (and it came with two sides and texas toast!) The free croissant was also delicious! Our server was Kaylyn and she was superb, above and beyond in all areas! She was on the next level with attentiveness and anticipating our needs, all while being incredibly friendly and personable. Truly an asset to the business! Great first experience, I'm sure we'll be back.

My go to at cheddar's is the chicken wrap ( minus the buffalo sauce ) with a side of mashed potatoes. I've always had good food & good service at this one.
