They get my order wrong nearly every time, even when i ordered a simple vanilla iced coffee it never came out. And when i tried to talk to a shift manager they brushed me off saying that it had nothing to do with them, thats a problem for the front counter even though they were barely doing anything in the first place.

This location has issues. Placed order on the app and went to check on it. They said, "you didn't get it?". That would be a no or I wouldn't be asking about it would I? So, after waiting over 45 minutes, finally got an order. Wasn't my order because it was not the sandwich that I ordered, but I got an order.

I’m a graduate student and a TA (very busy).Today , I’ve ordered a chicken salad , order#579,I’ve waited 32 min! and I had to shift a meeting, until I finally got an old salad, lettuce and tomato are not Fresh and really old!! Attached pic of what I’ve tried to remove and not eat.I’m really disappointed because I liked chick fil A when it’s clean and fresh!
