Usually great service and food, but today my to go order fell sort. Ordered extra pickles on my #1 meal and got the smallest 3 pickles I've ever seen.

Ordered Chic Fil A through the mobile app to get on my lunch break. Get in line - super packed btw. Let the attendant know my name etc to cue my order. Get it, the fries were cold, hard, crunchy - completely inedible. But, I didn’t have time to go back and wait any longer because it was so packed. Called them asap, no answer - left a message. Lady calls back like 5 mins later - I’m telling her the situation. Her solution was for me to bring it back so they can inspect it and remake the order… lady I’m on my lunch break. She says come when I get off and make sure nothing is touched or they won’t be able to make it again. I understand people probably scam all the time to get free food but everybody isn’t a freaking scammer. And either way, this experience ruined my lunch. That should count for something. I did eat the chicken sandwich because I was literally starving and it wasn’t cold like the fries. But since I didn’t come back - im writing this review to let anyone know check your order asap because they aren’t competent enough to give you fresh or even Luke warm fries when you just arrive at the drive through. At least it will save you the dissatisfaction of your meal or having to drive back if you have time to address it then. I won’t be back to this location.

What is the purpose of the 'Drive-Thru Spot'? If it is because the orders of some patrons are taking longer BUT you choose the location of your Drive-Thru Spot so that it BLOCKS the drive-thru lane so that others can't exit ... then those patrons with the longer taking orders, may as well just wait at the window. That Spot #1 serves absolutely no point; delete it.

Received all the incorrect sauces, called and manager stated she would talk with the bagging team. It may just be sauces that were incorrect but my order was not fulfilled and i am not happy about it. Good thing im not from here so I will not be visiting this location. How hard is it to get sauces right. I didn’t ask for extra chic fil a nor bbq sauce, geez. I hate when stupid mistakes are made like this that could’ve easily been avoided. Do better

The fries are awful now. They taste so much different than they used to. Flavorless and too hard. I hope they fix the issue. Nothing made these fries have flavor. Dipped them in sauces and felt like I was eating cardboard. Awful new fries.

This Chick-fil-A sucks I've waited 15 minutes and I still don't have my breakfast muffin... They didn't add my extra egg that I paid for and the whole sandwich was so cold it wouldn't melt the cheese.
Today we ordered food from here and they messed up my order again. I came home to find that we are missing a sandwich (for my little son). I called the and spoke with the manager and explained that this is the second time the mess up my order and she didn’t resolve the issue. She offered to come back again (20 minutes drive both ways) to pick my sandwich or when come back again talk to staff and request sandwich then. This is the most stupid options, why do I need to drive back to fix their fault. I asked her to refund the cost of sandwich or deliver my sandwich as I will not drive again for a sandwich but she refused. I will never come back will never buy from Chick filA again.
