Ordered a chicken biscuit. It was wrapped in some kind of foil that completely obliterated the biscuit to mush also the chicken received the same treatment. It was pretty ugly. After one bite of this soggy mess,I tossed it. Will not order this again!

This particular Chick-fil-A is usually crowded and busy when I visit. Even more so than others. It doesn't make for a pleasant dining experience with so many overstimulating visuals and sounds.

The food is usually great, but recently the service at this location has been poor. I went through the drive-thru as usual, and when I got to the window, I was told to pull forward for a few minutes. After 20 minutes, I had to go inside to remind them about my order. A woman with dark hair in a dress, who seemed to be a manager, shoved my bag into my hands and walked away without apologizing for the long wait or thanking me for my business.

This Chik Fil A did not have good Customer Service. I ordered a Deluxe with American Cheese and they put pepper jack. So my husband takes it back up there and shows them the mistake. Then as he is waiting on the remake they tell him they need the sandwich back. Remind you the box even said with American. Since when do places take your food back after a mistake they clearly made. Not very Chic Fil A of them.

They don’t deserve no stars I was just there trying to get food which is I am pregnant and I have two children. My car went through but the lady say that it didn’t. I check with my bank statement and it did but the lady still refused to give me my food that Chick-fil-A was supposed to be where they help people and Christian people obviously not

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience was not as good as I get from other Chick-fil-A‘s. I ordered and asked for a simple item that I would pay for with the rest of my food, and they declined to give it to me. I’ve had no problems at multiple other Chick-fil-A‘s in town and out of town, receiving it. What item you may ask?? A egg smh. So simple. To save you all time, go to Old fort, way better, customer service & food. Only went because it was closer :( next time I’ll take the drive to Old Fort :)

My husband and I went through the drive through today and have been having bad experiences through drive through as after we give order there is too much traffic, everyone pulling in front of others, no one directing who should be next, etc. We have waited in line at drive through so many times as when we finally get our food we are stressed and end up eating it on the way home. Today we ordered our food and when we got to the window, they wanted us to pull forward around the side ,or in handicap parking as it wasn't ready. This was after 11 am. We told them we did not want to do so as we have a right to not be in traffic again in those areas as we would have a hard time getting out. Anyways we will probably not go back until they come up with an extra lane or Better management and if we are 1st in line for just grilled nuggets, spicy chicken sandwich and fruit cup this should not be so.
