Whenever I called chicken salad chick they Thought I was was prank calling.

The food was not good, today! We all three threw our food away, and walked away hungry.

I've been eating here for a long time, but over the past year or so the amount of salt has noticeably increased. It feels like a dangerous amount of salt to be honest.

Order wasn't ready when I arrived and they forgot my tomatoes. Manager did double check my order and saw they almost forgot my soup before I was given it, hence the 4, seemed like new employees, appreciate her double checking.

The manager was friendly and welcoming when taking our order, but unfortunately, the food didn't meet our expectations. Specifically, the chicken salad's fruit portion was not properly prepared. The grapes were whole and huge (none were sliced), while the apple pieces were similarly large, posing a potential choking hazard. Thankfully, my eight-year-old knew to ask for help, but it's concerning for others, especially young children, elderly individuals, and those who may not be aware of the risk. Furthermore, the flavor was extremely bland. The oversized grapes, in particular, seemed unusual. This experience fell short of what we typically expect from Chicken Salad Chick.

I live in Seattle but whenever I come to the South or any Midwest area that has a Chicken Salad Chick I will move heaven and earth to go! I love everything about this place--food, staff, decor. All of it! I have visited in Alabama, Virginia and Oklahoma and now Tennessee. Always consistently great food and service! Wish they were in the Northwest! Be sure to visit if you love the South and want some pure Southern hospitality and great food

Bar none - best chicken salad in town. Dixie Chick is my favorite style. Friendly staff and clean establishment with awesome grub - great place!

Terrible staff. In all the years I have dined with Chicken Salad Chick this is by far the worst I have ever witnessed staff to treat customers.
