Service is always fast. Every time I’ve been in there it is empty, but the food is great every time. Bathrooms are clean and sanitized. Great location.

I love this place so much, every time I’ve been here I have received great service and great food. The young man that was working at the counter (taking to go orders and payments) is so incredibly kind. This is one of my favorite places and the workers make it that much better.

The food was great — no complaints there! Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the location were extremely disappointing.

The floors and carpet were dirty, with trash scattered around, which really took away from the dining experience. The drink station was a mess: the soda machine was out of carbonation, with melting ice running down the front. We were informed of this before ordering and told that sweet tea, unsweetened tea, lemonade, and strawberry lemonade were available — but in reality, there was no lemonade at all. The sweet tea was barely there and didn’t even taste like sweet tea. The whole drink area was low on supplies (lids, straws, etc.) and badly needed cleaning.

To make matters worse, several staff members were just standing around talking while the place looked like it hadn’t been tended to in hours. I’ve visited other locations before, and I’ve never seen one in this kind of condition. Honestly, I was shocked.

One final note — the trash can outside near the entrance was overflowing onto the sidewalk. I realize that may fall under property management, but if I were the manager or owner, I’d either remove it from the entrance or take care of it myself. First impressions matter, and that was not a good one.

Ordered a small quick chick and this is what they gave me! It’s not full at all! Highly disappointed! Won’t be coming to this location again!

This place is always super busy, I ordered on the app and marked the curbside option but when I got there there were no spots for curbside orders and no way to check-in online so I just parked and ran inside and my food was all ready for me.
