Used to be my favorite place until the young black girl threw down my plate today when she brought my plate to my table. She needs retraining. People like her that get a thrill being rude need professional help. Whatever her problem is, I didn't have anything to do with it. I will not eat here again. Love the food but I won't be treated like this after spending my money and being as kind as possible, even tipping!
Needed 3 tables pulled together to accommodate the group. Uncertain if staff even thought about helping with need.

Chicken Salad Chick is so good!! Their new croissant melt was mouth watering good. My girlfriend got the classic chicken simple salad and she loved it. This place never disappoints. Also, the signs inside the mens bathroom are adorable and funny so I had to share.
I have only been once. I got the traditional chicken salad with mac n cheese. Food was good. Portions were good. Still thought it was to pricey. If you like chicken salad or want to try it. Definitely give it a shot.

Ordered ahead on the app and my food was ready when I got there. In and out quick and food was great.
Great food and ideas for a quick meal. It was very busy so it was kinda loud in there but the food was amazing. I had one scoop of cranberry Kelli and a sandwich with Dixie Chick chicken salad. My husband had the jalapeno type and we both loved them.
Third time i haven’t had grapes in my fancy nancy. It’s what makes it! The girl was rude when I requested more grapes. Not near the “scoop” they use to serve!! How hard is it to get grapes from a frig. The bathroom was nasty as well as the tables and floors @2:40 pm. 4 Customers in place. Really disappointed!

Our lunch was delicious! I had a BLT chicken salad sandwich with spicy pimento cheese, and she had a classic chicken salad croissant sandwich with grape salad. I highly recommend!!
