“We lived near Love’s Pizza ever since it came to Murfreesboro but never tried it—BIG MISTAKE. We moved and ended up staying in a hotel in Murfreesboro on Christmas. One of the only restaurants open was Love’s, so we ordered pizza. The people working were so nice, and the pizza was amazing. We couldn’t believe how fresh the toppings were and how great it tasted! We wish we still lived close. Best customer service in the Boro! Thank you for feeding my family and being so kind!“

“I've been going to Toots for over 20 years and as always, they have the best burgers and chicken! We prefer to pickup our food and take it home nowadays because it is usually loud and crowded, but it's a great atmosphere if you are into that thing. The Tuesday burger special and the Wednesday chicken basket special cannot be beat! Two people can eat and maybe even have leftovers for less than $20. Keep up the great work!“

“Jefferson’s is one of those spots that just gets it right. The food is consistently great, especially the burgers — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right every time. You can tell they don’t cut corners on quality. The shrimp is also a standout — perfectly seasoned and cooked with just the right texture.

If you’ve got kids, this place is a win. The kids’ meals are reasonably priced and still come with generous portions, which is hard to find these days. It’s a solid family-friendly option without sacrificing flavor for the adults.

“I love Slim Chickens food....but after tonight, I'm a fan of their service as well! We placed a delivery order through the app. Our food showed up but the driver didn't even ring the bell. They dropped our food off on the sidewalk. We figured out it was there because our dog barked when they pulled out of the driveway. Our food was right....hot and fresh but the 3 dessert jars were missing...which shouldn't be an issue except they are fairly pricey (but totally worth it). I called the delivery persons phone and he said "no english" and hung up on me. I sent a text to him hoping that he was using Google translate and he came back to our house. My husband went to meet him in the drive and all he said was "that's all they gave me. call store". We called the store and the manager got on the phone. I explained the situation to him and he remembered putting the 3 jars with our order so he knew the driver had kept the desserts. He gave me a choice of a refund or he would send our desserts to us....no questions asked. Our desserts showed up 15 minutes later by a great driver (Emma) and all ended well. Great service and food by the Thompson Lane location!!!!!“

“I had waited in my car for a while after I stated which lane I was in and checked myself in after I got a text message that my order was ready. I came about 15 minutes after receiving that message and waited in my car for about six or seven minutes before I decided to go inside to get my order, but the food was still fresh, hot and tasty. The service just needs to be improved but the young lady was very nice.“

“I have been to this Wingstop many times now and have a good experience every time. The employees are very friendly. I went in this evening and one gentleman was ordering- an employee in the back saw me waiting and came to address my order. She was very kind even being so busy! Our orders have been accurate every time and the restaurant is CLEAN!“

“I picked up my pizza tonight on 09 February 2026 around 630pm at the Murfreesboro Church St location. Walked in, the place was clean and I’m immediately greeted by a worker. Very professional and took my information, verified the order and was polite, he showed he took pride in his work and that’s impressive. Everyone was working, I didn’t hear any customer bad mouthing, no drama, just a group of people providing a great service.“

“I would like to give Customer feedback with regards to an order that I made at the little Caesars in Murfreesboro, TN located at 2546 Southgate Blvd Unit A Murfreesboro, TN 37128. There is a customer service representative there by the name of Tina. I’m not sure if she’s a manager over that facility or not but I would like to give positive feedback with regards to how she treated me when I ordered pizzas and breadsticks for my daughter’s fifth grade class at a local elementary school in the area. Tina took extra care of all of the pizzas and breadsticks that I ordered. She even helped me tie it up and put name tags on it for the students in the class. She went above and beyond her normal duties to help me and she has a heart of gold. If there’s anyway you can reach out to her supervisor or property owner. Please let them know that they hired one of the best customer service representatives that I’ve ever ran in contact with who works at a little Caesars pizza. If I owned an establishment she would be the one that I would hire to manage my whole facility. She was multitasking, supervising the whole kitchen, doing takeout orders, all while helping me. She is the best!“
