Love this location. The service is great. Yesterday I had Amber. She was amazing. She kept refulling drinks. She even packed up our to go order.

Food was good! Enjoyed the calm setting , I think because it was still lunch lol but also my beautiful server SUSAN MAY , stayed on top of extras and refills and a plus is the conversation

We had lunch with family visiting from out of town and Susan May was our server. We all had delicious food and the service was outstanding. Susan took care of everything before we even had to ask. She was so kind and happy to let us sit and visit. I haven't been to Chili's in years but I'll definitely be back and ask for Susan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Chili's experience we've ever had!!!!!!! Thank you Susan for excellent service and kindness!

Me and 2 of my friends went here on the 17th of July 2025. We all ordered the 3 for me. When we got our checks they had added and additional $6.50 charge to 2 of the checks. When i asked the server what the charge was for she told us it was a glitch thats been happening in their system and there was nothing she could do about it, we had to pay it. When i asked her what we were paying for, if we added anything extra that we didnt realize there was a charge or something, she just told us it was a glitch and they couldn't do anything about it. After about a 10 minute conversation the manager eventually took the charge off but we were told if it happened again we would have to pay. Just beware when you go there that they are adding random charges to your bills.

A group of us from pickleball decided to go to lunch at Chili's and it was great! Our server, Lexi, was a gem. Everything was perfect! We could not have asked for a better experience! Lexi was right there making sure we had evening we needed and the food was wonderful!! Thank you Chili's... I'm looking forward to my next lunch with you!! Rita

The wings and sliders were bomb, susan was great. Never the biggest fan of how bright the dining room is though.

First, I am only submitting a review to help others make a decision. I don’t want anything, nor do I want to take anymore steps, like e-mailing corporate.

The hostess had hickeys all over her neck. I don’t care what you look like, but kids may ask some questions. When you’re in the food service industry, health code and how clean you look play large parts (Believe me, I don’t consider myself an expert in the restaurant business; however, I have managed a few places and was a waitress for many years.)

We asked for a booth, but were told the only table available was a half booth. Shocking to see around half the restaurant closed off at lunch time.

The music was very loud. If you have difficulty hearing or children with hypersensitivity, I’d advise going somewhere else.

We waited a long time for bad food. Our waitress was very nice and attentive though, which is the only reason for two stars and not one. The bacon chicken ranch quesadillas had no bacon. The bacon cheeseburger…no bacon. The brisket quesadillas that should have had jalapeños, didn’t have jalapeños. Chicken was rubbery and fake. For a bill over $100, it definitely wasn’t worth it and I’m amazed the ratings here are so high.

Walked into Chilis, was greeted by their friendly hostess. Had an excellent lunch today. The food was great, and Susan was my waitress went above and beyond for me. Definitely will be back and will recommend to others!

Food was fantastic! Chilis somehow remains one of the best chain restaurants in the business. I had the double old timer burger and it was delicious. Somehow happens to be one of the best burgers I've eaten. Super juicy and flavorful. My wife got the Nashville hot chicken tenders and she also really enjoyed them. And the southwest egg rolls were good too. Our server was also great! Very attentive and fast. I wish I remembered her name cause I'd give her a shout-out if I could!
