Chili's Grill & Bar

This Chill’s location is going downhill. We often shop at the Avenue and eat here. Our last few experiences were not the best, but Today was the game changer for us. We’re not coming back here again. Their service is getting worst. The restaurant was basically empty, and we had to wait forever. We ordered an appetizer, and we never got it. I had to ask the greeter at the front door for our server. The server came and said they were out of chips, and that they only had one cook. You would think someone would had told us that and not make us wait forever. Anyhow, a manager came and he said: “I understand you are having a problem.” WE ARE HAVING A PROBLEM. REALLY? I told him we were waiting forever, didn’t even get our appetizer, but that we got our food, so we were fine. He said they were making more chips, and we could get the appetizer when they were ready. I said no. I don’t think we want to eat an appetizer after we finish our food. He said: “Okay. I will take that off your bill,” and he walked away. This guy was so rude. Never did he introduce himself as a manager, or offer any type of apology or explanation. He was so cut and dry. The server told me he was her manager when I asked her. Needless to say, we paid and left.

Although it wasn't too busy, it seemed a tad bit understaffed. We had to wait for them to clean off a table for us. But the food was fantastic! Overall the staff was super friendly. And I only spent $10 on a great lunch (highly recommend the bacon ranch quesadillas!)

Horrible service from start to finish, was "forgotten" during wait, waitress had to be asked for everything , chips and queso came out with food. Drinks wrong...

service was great , food wasn’t bad, had a nice presentation and not so bad taste . until today rolled around and i have food poisoning so can’t really say it was too great.

What the hell, Chilis? I was told personally by the CEO that I was allowed to open up and vomit into any fire extinguisher I wanted! And when I did it earlier today, everyone got mad at me!

The service is honestly bad & a couple servers try scamming into getting more money. Smells muggy inside. And this is how I received an order…. Like what????

We ordered a 10oz steak dinner, they brought us a 10oz steak only and asked where it our loaded potatoes and broccoli, she said you have to order it separately but it says served with potatoes, but then they brought us potato soup . The place is only good for beer and appetizers I reckon.

It's a chilis, you should know what to expect in general. For this chilis specifically, I've found the staff to be friendly and usually fast, and the food is good as far as chilis is concerned. It's got something for everyone

Our server was really struggling, could not get our food order correct and also the people next to us was not right,but she was trying. The food was good and affordable. I will be back because everyone has a bad day and she was trying so I give her credit for effort.

Waited over half an hour for food. They had multiple orders up only half completed. They forgot the fries. They forgot the corn. I saw the fries were missing, but I missed seeing the corn. The girl working the togo section seemed scattered like it was her first day.
