The food was so bad that we threw it away after 4 bites. The Lo Mein was very dry, rubbery and left a lingering awful aftertaste in our mouths. The sweet and sour chicken was over cooked and hard to chew, the egg rolls were edible, the broccoli and chicken had no taste and we put soy sauce on it to see if it would add flavor to it, it didn't. Literally threw all 3 of our meals away after 3 or 4 bites. $55 for garbage...

The food was questionable at best I’ve never seen yellow fried rice, in most instances I can forgive the food if the customer service is decent but this was not the case. From the get go the whole experience felt like a rushed drive thru fast food joint and they were just trying to get you out of the building. Needless to say we won’t be back. One star just because we can’t give zero.

We used to order from this location all the time earlier in the year. We hadn’t for a few months due to it not being in our budget. We were excited to get it again because we always remembered the food here being really good and higher quality too compared to other Chinese take out places. We got our food and the quality was so bad. The teriyaki chicken on a stick was inedible. Super rubbery and had no flavor, tasted like they just boiled the chicken and did nothing else to it. The lo-mien was mushy and just super greasy, and my fiancés beef with broccoli was just swimming in this brown water that also didn’t really have any flavor. We have no idea what has happened in the few months we haven’t gotten from here, but whatever it was has absolutely downgraded the place and its food. For the money you pay here, it’s not worth it anymore. We didn’t enjoy any of our food that night, looks like it’s time for us to find a new go-to for our Chinese because this place isn’t the same quality wise anymore. It’s a shame

The food was decent enough but the service was terrible. There is this young girl working in the front and she was lovely (the only good part of my whole experience) and she greeted all the costumers with great service. Then you got this crazy lady and she started yelling at her. In fact every time I’ve come to order after the change of owners(I think there was a change) I hear yelling and arguing in the kitchen. I hope that young lady leaves soon and find a different place to work. Never seen an employer yell at their own employees in front of the costumers before

I guess the service was all right but the food was terrible, I tried the chicken with garlic sauce and it came with rice pilaf, I didn't get a chance to see if they actually had traditional Chinese white rice and I don't want to know after that flavorless food.

I have eaten here for years and have never been dissatisfied until my last order a few nights ago. I ordered for the 1st time the seafood special that says on the menu that it has shrimp, lobster chunks, and scallops while there was four or five nice size size shrimp about four or five tiny scallops and no lobster. There were a ton of artificial fish looking things and I know it was artificial they were not lobster at all, and I am very, very, very unhappy because I was really looking forward to lobster scallop and shrimp with vegetables without artificial crab legs or lobster substitute !
Purchased general tso chicken and fried rice. The rice definitely wasn't fried it was soft and fluffy, and the general tso chicken was bland. I used Uber eats to deliver. It was one of the worst $25 transactions I've had in a while. Pork egg rolls were the only good thing, and the duck sauce. Never again. If this is the example for Tennessee Chinese I rather stick to Florida Chinese food.

China Wok is a dirty, poorly run restaurant peddling some of the laziest bland Chinese food I have come across. Not only are the people there uninterested in helping you, but I got food poisoning from this place. If you value your health in any way stay far far away from this place and seek refuge literally anywhere else.

I've been to this location many times and normally everytime is good, so this is my first BAD experience. I found pieces of metal like material in my food (lo mein) added pictures. I have no idea why it was in it or how it got there but it's soft enough to not notice at first. My kids could have ate this. PLEASE ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD. this is extremely dangerous.
Edit: I contacted the owner and she was very apologetic about this situation and tried to fix this incident so thank you for that. Unfortunately not much can be done as the food is mostly eaten and the situation already happened. This was my first bad experience with this location EVER and i may be the only person who ever has an issue but I want to remind everyone to check your food because you or your kids could eat this and could be very sick from it.
