3:30pm Sat. Normally I love Chipotle, but visiting this one was terrible and I would not come to this Chipotle again. The eating area is a complete mess, food napkins, trash on the tables that have not been cleaned yet, 4 trash cans overflowing, completely out of chicken, and we took the last of the steak.
The steak was lukewarm and full of fat.
All of the four separate fancy lemonade type drinks are empty. They are definitely not cleaning up. It's not busy at all. This has got to be the worst Chipotle we've ever been to. And we eat at Chipotle three to four times a month across the Nation.

Waited outside the door in 30 degree weather and through the window the workers were not even making anyone’s food. they told us it’ll be 3-5 more minutes and it took 45 more minutes waiting outside. when they did give me an order, it was the wrong order. worst experience ever.

Half of the side of guacamole was not edible, the chicken quesadilla had little to no cheese and the chicken was burned. On top of that the bowl had a large piece of thick mil plastic in it that I almost swallowed. I would have addressed it kindly however Chipotle does not give you an option to speak to a person when you call or reach someone in the actual store. I believe very much that one cannot fix what they do not know so this is my only means of addressing it so that management can do what they need to do.

Don’t ever use this one. You can drive to Kentucky or Memphis and then Return by the time you get your food. Never ever go to this one. Horrible. Be prepared to wait. Like 2 hours for your food.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The chicken and fajitas vegetables were both burnt. Also, I had to ask twice to have the tables wiped down since we couldn't even sit down. There was zero ppl in there when we got there about 3pm.

Food is always good, the dining room always desperately needs cleaning, and you have to wipe your own table. Definitely one of the poorest-managed Chipotles, and I eat at a lot of them.
