Got told I can’t order a burrito/taco/quesadilla. Crazy. It’s like a chicken restaurant not having chicken. Also, was then told I could order a quesadilla online and not in store. Makes zero sense. Service has really gone downhill the last couple years. Also, the employees have attitudes for no reason.

Wonderful place to eat. I wish the salad leaves were more fresh sometimes and no browning, but that could just be me. I am really picky when it come to my leaves pure green and no brown for me

I've gotten the same thing since ive started going there. I always get triple steak, no beans, no rice with pico, corn, extra sour cream, guacamole, and a pound of cheese! The steak is so damn tender, you'll need to start selling loaded baked potatoes as a side! Awesome job to the grill crew! Awesome job also to the guys up front making the food so quickly and moving us along.

Great food, HORRIBLE service. I'm on a tight schedule for my lunch breaks, so I always order ahead so it's ready for me when I get there. Today, I got there at my pick up time and they hadn't even started it yet. Then they proceeded to help everyone in line before me. What's the point in ordering ahead if you push me to the back? When I finally got my food, there were no forks left.

All of the tables when we walked in were dirty. We had to choose the least dirtiest table. The app had cleaned all of our points because we hadn't used them in 6 months. The chips were not fresh but pretty stale so we threw them (even though we paid for them). The app gave us a free queso but we decided to take it home to eat it with our own tortilla chips. The burrito was good and about average. I always wish it was a bit hotter temperature wise.

Food was plain no flavor in anything . Red salsa SÚPER HOT . The Customer service the worst . The whole store was dirty . The woman bathroom was dirty it was period blood on the walls . I WIL NEVER COME BACK again . NASTY!!! Not recommended . 🤮

Ordered a chicken bowl and steak Burrito. Server was extremely rude. Was charged wrong initially and when I asked about it she snatched the receipt out of my hand to look at it. No hello, no thank you, nothing.
Could barely tell there was chicken in the bowl. Seemed like 90 percent veggies, rice and cheese. Steak Burrito had some parts with lots of steak and other parts with little to nothing.
Kitchen looked dirty. Girl who took my second order was carry sanitizer bucket and did not change her gloves before serving me.

I order chipotle for pickup/delivery pretty regularly. More times than not, there is something left off of my order. They constantly don't put the vinaigrette in the bag for my salad. Pure laziness, and if you're out of it, why wouldn't you tell a customer that? Who wants a salad without a dressing? Then when you report it to their online system and let them know they didn't provide it, it only gives you a free drink. As if that compensates for an inedible dry salad. Constant waste of money for a subpar experience. And the store is always dirty.

Some say the music is too loud however I say it isn’t loud enough! I was almost able to hear my wife tell me about her day! Unacceptable! Turn the music up!
