Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place always uses fresh ingredients to craft some pretty tasty meals. They have a really high volume of customers, but don't let the line scare you away. The staff is always hard-working and kind, so the line moves quickly through a warm and friendly atmosphere. Great choice for a quick lunch you can easily get two meals out of.

Worse Chipotle they can never get online orders correct. They give you what they want. You order a premium meat and they substitute with cheaper and no refund without telling you. No way to get money back through app.

Chipotle is my favorite place to eat, and usually they're really good about the amount of food they put in the bowels/burritos however I was overwhelmingly disappointed when I opened my bowel this evening. I placed my order for a 9:50 pick up and I work in food so I can understand the food not being super duper fresh an hour before closing but at the very least it would have been nice to get the extra beans and rice that I had asked for and not a portion that was bearly befitting a child. This was my first time coming to this location so i can only hope its better next time :/

I went to chipotle today hungry willing to pay whatever price. when I walked in I told the guy I wanted white rice and he looked around awkwardly turns out they didn’t have rice period and the wait was 30-40 minutes, they were also out of black beans but he was able to get them from the mobile order side without me even asking.this chipotle is always out of something. I then seen that there was rice where the mobile pick up side is and asked since I’m still a customer if I could have some of that in my bowl and he said no I then kept a smile on my face and was very respectful and said thank you have a nice day after I payed for my food and he started at me awkwardly not saying anything back. This experience was horrible!

We are so glad we did not read the current reviews before placing our app order. We probably would have missed out on a great lunch. We ordered 3 soft tacos and 3 crunchy tacos. Very happy to find vegan options on the menu. Order ready on time. Food was very good and warm. It was a beautiful day so we took advantage of their outside dining area. We will most definitely be returning.

Every single time I go to this chipotle somebody always has an attitude. Which is fine. It’s OK to have bad days occasionally, but everyone there hates their life. Just because your life is miserable doesn’t mean you have to poorly slot my rice and chicken into a bowl don’t even get me started on online orders, every time I order online they pack it with so much sour cream that I could feed a whole orphanage. I want to scream. I hate this chipotle so much and I have tried calling to tell them how much I hate it. This is my review. It’s been a long time coming. Sadly It’s the closest chipotle to my house and I try to get my protein goals in. But the chipotle on Memorial Blvd., Murfreesboro,, TN is officially the worst chipotle in the United States.

My husband and i ordered a veggie bowl with brown rice, and a steak bowl with no beans, no lettuce. Drove home to find a my veggie bowl was made with white rice and chicken all throughout it. My husband's steak bowl had beans, chicken, and lettuce. We had to drive all the way back to get our order corrected and they told him that due to a new corporate policy and the possibility that we could have "tampered" with it (yeah we really went to the store to buy lettuce and cooked a whole chicken) that we would have to PAY AGAIN for the correct food and then contact corporate on our own time. We spend over an hour on two round trips, paid twice, and now need to contact corporate? I have never experienced anything like that in my life. The service industry is dead.
*edited to add* we noticed after looking again that they put our order stickers over the top of someones doordash order. You cant make this up!

This place is a constant issue with food quality. We got uncooked rice in our bowls tonight. Half the time they are out of ingredients and refuse to make more.
