Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is always behind on orders. They are super busy, but they should please plan accordingly. I waited 20 extra mins for my scheduled pickup order

I was warned before I went here today that the place was dirty and the food was bad and over priced . I didn’t listen because I used to really like chipotle and I hadn’t been here in a while and was having a craving for it. Well, I should’ve listened to my friend because the place was indeed dirty, and the food was terrible. I’m familiar with the normal portions of rice and chicken that go on the burritos and these were the tiniest , stingiest portions of old chicken maybe 4 pieces total . I was in a rush and had minimal time before a doctors appointment…Otherwise, I would’ve just canceled my order after seeing what they put on the tortilla . None of the meat was really stocked well a lot of the stuff was empty . You get more chicken on a burrito at Taco Bell . No napkins were stocked I had to ask an employee . Whole place looked terrible and as others said the service and food has really declined in everyway . Save your money and go elsewhere .

Half of the young kids who work here are rude and extremely messy. They don’t seem to care at all. On top of that the food is very inconsistent and they are almost always out of several ingredients.

This place always uses fresh ingredients to craft some pretty tasty meals. They have a really high volume of customers, but don't let the line scare you away. The staff is always hard-working and kind, so the line moves quickly through a warm and friendly atmosphere. Great choice for a quick lunch you can easily get two meals out of.

Worse Chipotle they can never get online orders correct. They give you what they want. You order a premium meat and they substitute with cheaper and no refund without telling you. No way to get money back through app.

Chipotle is my favorite place to eat, and usually they're really good about the amount of food they put in the bowels/burritos however I was overwhelmingly disappointed when I opened my bowel this evening. I placed my order for a 9:50 pick up and I work in food so I can understand the food not being super duper fresh an hour before closing but at the very least it would have been nice to get the extra beans and rice that I had asked for and not a portion that was bearly befitting a child. This was my first time coming to this location so i can only hope its better next time :/

I went to chipotle today hungry willing to pay whatever price. when I walked in I told the guy I wanted white rice and he looked around awkwardly turns out they didn’t have rice period and the wait was 30-40 minutes, they were also out of black beans but he was able to get them from the mobile order side without me even asking.this chipotle is always out of something. I then seen that there was rice where the mobile pick up side is and asked since I’m still a customer if I could have some of that in my bowl and he said no I then kept a smile on my face and was very respectful and said thank you have a nice day after I payed for my food and he started at me awkwardly not saying anything back. This experience was horrible!

We are so glad we did not read the current reviews before placing our app order. We probably would have missed out on a great lunch. We ordered 3 soft tacos and 3 crunchy tacos. Very happy to find vegan options on the menu. Order ready on time. Food was very good and warm. It was a beautiful day so we took advantage of their outside dining area. We will most definitely be returning.

Just came from there, they were out of cheese, and guacamole at 7pm on a Saturday night. Trash cans full, employees just chatting.
