The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because of a very nice man named Marcelo. He was very nice and welcoming, while on the other hand the General Manager was not. He belittled the employees in front of us and gave us the smallest portions he could possibly get away with. The food tasted terrible as well, the steak had no flavor. It was so bad, I wouldn't have been able to finish my food if the portions had been normal sized.

Usually they do a decent job on drive through pick up orders. But whoever was working orders last night filled the bowl less than halfway, half normal toppings on taco, and completely left off the side of queso to go with the chips.

It’s official I know I’m just one customer but I will NEVER go to Chipotle again especially the location on Memorial. I ordered a bowl and it looked like an item off the kids menu Chipotle please do better….

Each time I come to this location I get more and more disappointed . The burritos gets smaller and smaller each time . Yesterday I ordered a burrito . When I get my burrito it looks like half a burrito ! It was so small . Definitely my last time coming to this location .

There was a new guy worker with a ponytail. I saw his hair drop into the sour cream and then watched him stir it away. He was also like resting his arms all over the bar that they put the tortillas on and didn’t clean it or anything. it was just giving gross, he was also so mean for no reason.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. Today, I went in and ordered my normal bowl with all the cold items on the side. First off, when I walked in the general manager said he was headed out the door. While I was checking out the general manager stepped in to make orders since the line was almost out the door. He went from making the orders to pushing the food down the line to rush the young lady at the register to hurry and ring up the orders. He literally pushed her out the way and started ringing up my second order. I ordered two separate bowls the exact same way. My first one was paid for. The confusion came when my second order was almost $30 for an order I just paid $11 for. The manager was yelling and screaming did I want it free or something and you have to pay for what you get. I showed him my previous receipt and explained to him how one order cost me one thing and this next order is over double that. He humiliated me in front of the customers and his staff, the young lady at the register tried explaining to him that it shouldn’t be an issue because I had all my stuff on the side so it made no sense to charge me for it. Not only did he cause this big scene in front of everybody, he literally threw the bowl away in front of us. I have never been spoken to in that matter especially from a general manager. He definitely isn’t leading by example for his employees because people walked away due to the way he was handling this situation. I will never be back to this location and somebody need to have better judgment when putting people in these type of positions. I am waiting on corporate to respond back to me but trust me save your time and money go somewhere they will appreciate you to be doing business with them.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. My friend and I went for the Free 3 Tacos Entree deal and they charged me for both my bowl and tacos. I only noticed because my friend’s transaction was significantly cheaper than mine. I tried going in and explaining this to the cashier and she was absolutely NO HELP!! She never even gave me a receipt but I have the charge on my bank app. I’m very annoyed because if I knew I was going to be charged for both I would have NEVER ordered both. Do not offer a promotion if employees are not going to uphold them and then not help with their mistake! AVOID THIS LOCATION

This review is for the automated service when you call. It’s TERRIBLE. I asked about specials and it didn’t understand. That is fine but I re worded it and asked to speak to a person and it still couldn’t figure it out. I ended up just hanging up. We need real people. Not robots.

Awful customer service! I have had an employee tell me to circle around because I’m holding the line up when I arrived when the mobile app said my order was ready, I wait 5-7 minutes before I get greeted and when I do they say “5 more minutes” and eat thier own food right in front of the window.

By far the worst experience I have had at any Chipotle. The worker did not feel like doing the simplest of tasks today. Abysmally rude and had such an attitude when I asked for double chicken because they FORGOT when I asked the first time and had to walk 2 extra feet to get more.
