I've eaten here maybe 50+ times, in many states, for years.This was my first disappointing visit, in all this time.They were out of white rice, roasted tomato salsa, and only offered four different proteins.I'll rethink a future visit to this location.

We did a mobile order and picked up on the drive thru , had to turn around cause our lemonade was literally water ( I should have checked the food after that) then we get home and half our food is missing I ordered a steak bowl with guac and corn salsa and got rice , chicken and fajita veggies , my boyfriends chicken burrito was literally just cheese and rice. I’m a fast food manager and this is absolutely ridiculous. The kid working the window was so rude. AND ON TOP OF THAT, chipotle wont refund my money they offered a free drink and two sides of guacamole, so now I’m out $40 and have to go buy dinner somewhere else. Save your time and money and eat literally anywhere else.

Been going to the other one on Thompson lane.. Decided to try this one out and ordered the normal chicken Queso bowl. The whole place was messy the floor had cheese and debri under the equipment. I also got beans with it and the girl dumps two portions of beans with the liquid also. My whole bowl was gross and soggy.

7 p.m. The only option was chicken. They said they were out of steak & Chicken was my option. I dined in and all the tables were dirty & I asked for some of them to be wiped down so we could eat.

For the second time in just a few months there was no Guacamole available. Sorry we are out as you get to the last part of the ordering process. I should have walked out on both occasions but I hate to see food wasted. This location has had constant turnover and poor management for the past three years. Getting worse not better. I will have to go back to the other location on the west side on Thompson I guess. We stopped going there due to inconsistency due to employee turnover.I wish my wife was not hooked on the Chipolte Chicken bowl. I've been going to Chipolte locations since 2005.Disappointed but common scenario in the US since 2020 pandemic policies.

No chips no ice for drinks. Asked for a little discount for a large cheese dip and chips since they have no chips. Also asked for a discount for my drinks for not having ice. Employees looked at me like I was crazy. I am not getting ice or chips why would I pay full price. Food was cold. Yall can do better. Never will return to this location

I’ll give 2 stars granted it was a sunday and probably busy. It was 9:30 ish pm when i walked in understandable they’re starting closing tasks but i stood there in front of 3 workers for almost 10 minutes they were giggling and gossiping. I made eye contact mutiple times before i asked if they were taking orders. Y’all do better i understands it’s fast food end of the day but after working all day i just wanted food

They were out of chips when I dined here. While I understand this may be a relatively small complaint, it would have impacted my decision to come here instead of a different place. I hope management uses this opportunity to improve its supply protocols or be more transparent with customers before check out occurs. I get that supply chains are difficult currently, but as a consumer with buying and reviewing power, I have a right to reward establishments whose results reflect going above and beyond.

Portions at this location are so inconsistent. Food lacks flavor and the chips were stale. Like 6 pieces of chicken in my bowl, there is none underneath. It’s all rice. This was a digital order, so I couldn’t even rectify it since I was already home when we opened our food. Only giving 2 stars cause “technically” my order was correct.
