Workers were arguing, food was cold, and they were out of veggies. Store and parking lot were a mess. Won’t go back!

No greeting when I pulled up to the window to pickup my mobile order, worker that was working the window had an attitude when I tried to tell her I had two different mobile orders I placed and also when I told her that I didn’t order a drink and told her that she could just give it to someone else. This is not how you keep customers coming back.

Pre ordered food 30 mins in advance. Waited for over 30 mins after arriving. We’re talking a bowl and burrito. Clearly some leadership issues here. Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had

Deserves ZERO stars!
One guy was working when we arrived. Then while we were waiting for the one person there moving like a snail 2 other workers walked in from smoking in the back and literally stood around. The manager was on her tablet.
Then the guy said they don’t have chicken….we could see it cooking…he said oh well it’s not cut up….we were like then cut it up!

Today was BOGO with purchase of any burrito. At 9:45pm sign on door informed customers that they were only taking on-line oders. The BOGO promo requires In Store ordering. So it looks like they decided the BOGO promo did not apply to this store. This store made Chipotle as a whole look bad.

I am leaving this review to simply praise an employee. Walking in I could tell this place was EXTREMELY short staffed. Also, extremely busy! The girl working the counter, deserves to be praised! She was the only one on the line working up front. With a line all the way to the door. I didn’t see one guest ask her how she was doing, let alone say hi. I can’t imagine how she felt. I do know, she put her feelings aside and worked her tail off! Tondrea I see you girl and may God bless you!! Keep up the hard work, it will take you places in this life. Management… Not only does she deserve a raise, but she deserves some help in that place! Y’all are clearly turning and burning, making that money. Spend some money and put some employees in there. Sheesh.

Need to hire managers who are experienced in ordering food for their restaurants. They are either out of chips, pico, cheese, corn, one of their protein options OR all of these each time we go.
My kids love Chipotle but it is way too pricey to be limited on choices because of poor planning and management.

Where to start… walking into the store should have been red flag number one. The staff was arguing over who was going on break, nobody greeted me or anyone else that walked in with me. The girl that made my food had headphones in, and was clearly not wanting to be there. I asked for brown rice, she started scooping white. I asked for vinaigrette -- she straight up ignored me.

Then once you get further down the line, they’re out of EVERYTHING! No cheese, no pico, no guacamole, no sour cream…..

Get home, chips are stale, food is cold… good grief. I’m not one to complain, but this store needs a serious adjustment given my experience & the other reviews.

I really don’t try to write negative reviews but I’ve heard so much flax about chipotle online lately about maggots in food and how unclean this business has been and so I haven’t ate chipotle in probably 2 years.
Well I know this particular location was newer and I was starving after church and gave it a try. I should’ve walked out as soon as I walked in because the place was disgusting. Food all over the floor (I know it’s fast food and I know after a lunch rush things can fly. I’ve worked in fast food before) but man this place was gross. And I only saw 4 workers. One poor girl on drive through by her self and 4 other works goofing off and the poor drive through girl had to yell someone to help me.
Two of the other employees were cursing in front of me about cleaning.
They were out of 2 meats and they were out of chips because “they didn’t have time to prep this morning” I ordered a bowl, you should’ve said you didn’t have chips when I ordered a bowl. That’s one of the points of coming to chipotle for the chips and when you order a bowl. Looks like I’m not eating chipotle again.
