Worst location I’ve ever visited. First and last time visiting this overcrowded location. An argument broke out that security had to get unloved in which made me feel very unsafe being there with my small child. Several games were out of order and the entire building seemed unclean. Not to mention the trampoline is a complete rip off. We recently moved to the state but have visited different Chuck E. Cheese locations and paid for the trampoline experience several times. After my daughter was on for 5 minutes the employee said each kid has a 5 minute timer and has to get off so other kids can jump. Rules are rules whatever my issues is that no one communicated this at the time of purchase and this information isn’t posted anywhere throughout the building. So imagine my frustration paying an additional $12 for an “All Day Jump Pass” which is what its advertise as and after my daughter is on for 5 minutes she’s told she has to get off?? Manager was not accommodating and kept explaining “it’s the law” I could care less my issue was that it was not communicated at the time of purchase bc had they informed me of this at that time I would’ve kept my $12.

I am speechless on what I witness , I have gone to several Chuck Cheese, and never have I witnessed a more unsafe place than this location. I watched a grandmother and a crying child possible 5 years of age maybe younger crying because some bigger kids took his card.I felt so bad not only for the child but the grandmother who was calmy trying to resovle the issue unfortunately The parents to the other children who were taking the cards was not only loud but scared multiple children including my mine. Upon asking for the card back, the parents started acting insane I did not realize how low class Murfreesboro has become. I heard the children bragged that they had been snatching other children's cards, Any normal parents would have given the cards back and gotten on to their children. But not at this location.I noticed several times this happened with different kids. But the last go round was what made us leave the facility . A dark headed lady, I'm assuming, was the grandmother. The little boy called her nana. Was being cornered by three other pareit's and cursed in front of these two little babies. She also had a child in a stroller that couldn't have been one, maybe two years of age. As we started to leave, I heard the grandmother at the service desk asking to cancel the card. She said she did not want any problems. She just at this point wanted to cancel the card. Not only did the man behind the counter say he was a general manager. He was in no way trying to help the situation, He did not care that it had escalated to the other females being violent Front of all these children. They load. The boy was bawling his eyes out , asking his grandmother to please get his card back. The general manager, a white male kind of heavy set, was extremely rude. He actually suggested she goes and takes the card back from the people. Knowing the chaos this could have caused. I have never witnessed this in my lifetime and being in the military. I can say. I have traveled a lot of such and then in a lot of situations but this is a place you take children to be happy. To have fun and be carefree. In this case, it did not turn into that, in fact, it was the opposite, completely a scare for even us until we were able to leave . How the general manager handled the situation was horrible. My heart goes out to the grandmother as well as the two children that were attacked by these groups of women. There should be some policy to cancel a card once it is stolen from the child. It blew my mind. The general manager said there was nothing he could do, and it's not uncommon for that to happen. Almost acting like the grandmother was scared to go.Approach the women and ask for the card back.We watched her politely ask for the car back.It was clear the women heard their children brag about stealing the card and was not giving it back. Making the comment. What is the grandmother going to do. My heart really goes out to her to watch that baby cry for something she paid for and the staff do absolutely nothing to help the situation Until one of the other women played victim when a different family made the comment ""your kids have been bragging they jack cards while taking laughed about it all day " The geneal manager, along with the parents was way too comfortable with the situation.Clearly that's a regular routine there.Save your money And a piece of mind along with staying safe and staying away from that particular location. Sorry to any patents/grandparents, I'd have been a victim to little kids being raised to take cards. Unfortunately, that must be some kind husell For these parents to bring their kids and play off of other kids is expense. For these parents to bring their kids and play off of other kids/parents expense. I do not make a lot of Google reviews, but I do want to warn parents that your children will be targeted, so play at your own risk!

Was looking forward to visiting because we haven’t been here since the remodel. Spent way too much money even with a coupon. We are a small family on a budget so this will not work for us again. The employees seem like they hate their jobs. Chuck e cheese was out for all of 2 minutes. You barely get any tickets for playing the games and horrible prizes. I can go to the Dollar Tree and get the same items and call it a day. Only redeeming factor for CEC is the pizza is better than what it was before. Main event is a much better value and better prizes. This was our very last visit to Chuck E Cheese.

Tried out the new trampoline they added and had a very unpleasant experience. My daughter was jumping and trying to play with the other kids but the worker watching over the area kept getting on to my daughter telling her she wasn’t allowed to jump with other kids?? Apparently each kid has to stay within their “square”, but if you go on the website it clearly shows multiple kids jumped in one square. When I talked to management about this and asked to show me where it states in the rules that they aren’t allowed to jump either other kids, they just said it was due to them being liable for injuries🫠. Pretty sure simply adding a trampoline is asking for a liability. They should just ask parents/ guardians to fill out a liability form…also almost $14 for 3 small trampolines??? Ridiculous.

We love going to Chuck E Cheese in Murfreesboro. It is well maintained, they have a nice salad bar, the kids and hubby play games, and I use the WiFi to get some work done. Works for everyone!

Kids have a good time here, but food is average at best and service is not very fast. I only go for birthday parties if my boy is invited, lots of better pizza places in town.

My kids loved the homeschool day. Such a great deal for unlimited play. The food is expensive and not that great, but that’s not what we came for ?

Nice little venue for small kids
Cost way too much for a large family
If you have 2 or more kids on a small budget, this is not gonna go well for your pocket. Kids cannot share rides. Each kid must purchase their own cards.
Food is a bit $$$ for kids
Staff are friendly

Great place to let kids be kids. Pizza and bread sticks were a hit with the kids. The unlimited play let the kids have fun without breaking the wallet.
