My little one had a great time. The salad bar was okay. Glad to see fresh fruit on it. It was safe and all the games are 1 ticket. Plenty of play time for the kiddos. The waiter was AMAZING. She was extremely helpful in the midst of kid chaos. She cleaned our table with the most helpful & polite attitude and got more salad bar plates. Sounds small, but considering the environment, she gets an A++ from me.

Took granddaughter and her two sisters and other grandparents had a ball playing the games. Pizza good.

Good experience at this location. Weird not seeing any animatronics but still a good time.

Very nice and helpful staff, they stamp each child with invisible ink, when it is time to go they make sure the children and adult having matching numbers. I am thankful for this safety measure. My child lost the game card within 60 second of arrival, I recommend purchasing the wrist band for 6$. The pizza is surprisingly tasty! Kids love coming here and the 2 month membership is great value!

The kids had a very fun time. This store had a wide variety of games to choose from. The staff was helpful and did a very good job of keeping the play areas clean.

I came here on Monday 7/7/25 and purchased the monthly pass online before arriving.
The older woman at the front was very nice and helpful, giving me all the info I needed about the membership and answering any questions I had.
The blonde girl running the trampolines was sweet and is so great with the kids.
The middle aged man with glasses who I am assuming is the manager is kind of a buzz kill. My almost 2 year old daughter wanted to jump (she’d already been over there 4 times before he took over temporarily) and he was a little uptight about “rules” seeming almost hesitant to let her in, making a remark about she’s supposed to have a wristband and Chuck E. Cheese socks and I pointed out to him that the band was on her ankle and she already had grippy socks on. Then he continues on about how she can’t be on the same trampoline as anyone else it’s against the law blah blah blah like dude, she is LITERALLY the only kid over here trying to jump.
The place overall was very clean and well kept, as well as the bathrooms. The machines all worked and when one ran out of printing paper it was refilled quickly. I also liked how they had Chuck E walk around for a minute to say hi/give hugs and high fives to other kids in the place after visiting the birthday party, most other locations always rush him to the back right after the birthday kids which was a very nice change. They also ACTUALLY checked to make sure our stamps match… I can’t tell you how many times I’ve left a Chuck E. Cheese and they don’t make sure the kids belong to me, so thank you for that added sense of safety!
The food took a really long time to come out so I recommend ordering as soon as you arrive. The pizza was tasty, the wings were alright - they were very small and very fatty but still tasted good, and the fries were undercooked.

Foods good, salad bar decent. Beer option was only one and no wine like the sign said. The kids had a ball at a birthday party. Sometimes us mama's need wine, please take it off the sign if you never have it. Haha ijs

We had a great experience! Every staff member was friendly and helpful and stayed busy by cleaning. All floors and surface areas were clean, we even saw one of the employees wiping down the games.

My grandbabies have been there twice. Apparently you have to have a birthday party to see Chuck E Cheese. My grandson was very disappointed. It's already pretty expensive. Birthday parties are really expensive.

This was our first time at a Chuck E. Cheese with our daughter and everyone was amazing (except for the manager i believe her name was Robin who we witnessed verbally abusing employees in front of us and other customers.).

Zoey at the front counter deserves a raise / be promoted for her professionalism and is the reason we will be coming back to the establishment. She never once showed frustration or anger from the verbal abuse we witnessed by the manager. The manager needs to be held accountable for her words and unprofessional way of addressing the staff especially in front of customers. Overall great experience aside from that!

The games are set to a higher difficulty than Antioch location, making it very difficult win tickets here.
