On June 15, 2024, I was very excited to come here because there isn’t a Chuy’s in my town. I ordered chicken enchiladas and a few hours later experienced aggressive food poisoning. I was up all night vomit-pooping and it was not fun. Since that day, I have not eaten chicken at any restaurant if I can help it, and I am terrified each time I go out that I will get food poisoning. I worked up the courage to write a review and this is my warning to you to not order the chicken enchiladas unless you enjoy retasting it later.

Worst "Mexican" food ever! I should've sent the food back to the kitchen. Pink salsa? The chicken tacos appeared to be reheated chicken that were cold on flour tortillas that were hard . The whole plate was cold yuck! Waist of $55+ plus for 2 adult dinners and a kids meal!

It was almost as cold inside as it was outside, so our food was not as warm as we would have liked, Our server lacked a lot. I normally love Chuy's, but after this visit, it will be a while before I come back.

It's a Chuy's. If you like Chuy's you'll probably like going to this one. But honestly this reviewer doesn't understand the appeal. Clearly I'm not a texmex fan and I'd rather just go to a good Mexican restaurant. The chicken from the fajitas was good but that was about it. Also this location needs to look into a deep clean, there is dust and it lessens the hope you won't walk away with food poisoning.

Food was hot and enjoyable as always, but it was the server, a young gentleman by the name of Ethan who made the experience enjoyable. That young man would always check on our table every time he passed, even after being in the middle of handling another table. Drinks stayed full, there was a smile on his face, and he was always moving to care for everyone in his section . His customers came first just like how service should be. If you stop in, ask for this young man.

This is one of my favorite places. We went today around 2, we were the only people in there. Our server was nice, but took forever. And it took so long to get our food & check . Server 204 / We wanted the dessert, but the waiter laid our ticket down & left. We weren't going to wait another 30 minutes. This was by far the worst experience we've had. And I told the hostess & all she said was sorry. It wouldn't have been as bad if we hadn't heard the staff all laughing & talking in the back.
