My daughter and I really enjoyed ourselves at Chuy's. The food there is very very good you will not be disappointed the portion size is good the staff is wonderful thank you and Anton yes we will be going back again cannot wait to go you will not be disappointed try it
Our first time at a Chuy's and we were NOT impressed! The overall service was extremely slow and the food is mediocre. Our waitress was trying her best. She did good keeping up with drinks and chips. Our waitress had to put silverware together for us which took a bit, meanwhile our food was getting cold waiting to eat. We ordered margaritas that took 20 minutes to get, and the food was served room temperature. At least the chips were good. That's the only thing we really liked about it.

Chuy’s was my favorite place to eat. My favorite place for a solo date. I always ordered the Mexi Cobb salad or the vegetarian Ponchos, and of course the occasional Shirley Gooey. I have ordered from the restaurant close to a thousand times throughout the years, it being a weekly (sometimes bi-weekly) staple and a place where my family gathers frequently.
I’m pretty sure Chuys changed their meat. My Mexi Cobb salad tastes like metallic fried bologna today. I’m not sure what happened, but if this is supposed to be a part of their new system makeover, I don’t want it. All these restaurants are changing their ingredients these days and I can always taste a difference.
I always say, raise the price but don’t change the food! You will lose me every time. I just need to eat at home at this point.
