The food is okay, not as good as it us to be. The bathrooms are horrible. The dirt on the doors is so awful. And the floors are slippery. The restaurant as a whole is dusty. Come on manager get a grip, let's bring back the chewys we know and love. Good luck.

We had a phenomenal service at this restaurant. We had a group of 14 unannounced, and we were seated less than five minutes or waitress was Destin and she took extremely good care of us. Not once did any of us run out of something to drink, and she continually filled our chips and all of this we never asked she noticed it herself, even though it was a big party. She was so friendly, even though she had other tables she did not show any stress, or any kind of attitude with every person she was serving she did a fantastic job. The food was great. All of us ordered a variety of things. I had ordered the combo fajitas and it was amazing. I think this is probably the best customer service I had experienced in a very long time, especially with a large party. Thank you all for such a great job.

I’ve worked in the food industry so I’m a bit forgiving when it comes to things not being perfect 100% of the time. However, my father and I dropped in for a quick bite after a long day since we saw it wasn’t busy. We walked in and there was no one at the host stand, a young man in plain clothes walked up and told us they would get to us soon. There were two parties there before us and they slowly got seated. We finally got seated and ordered a sizzling fajita dish to share.Sizzling it was NOT, lukewarm at best and the driest meat imaginable. I’ve reheated frozen meals from Costco that tasted better. Our server was kind and patient however the whole experience was awful. I’ve only been to this Chuy’s once before and I don’t remember it fondly. Dinner service seems to be slacking hard at this location.

ASK for SYDNEYMy husband and I are huge fans of Chuy's and decided to stop in for an early dinner during our most recent road trip. We visited the Murfreesboro location on NW Broad Street and had the most wonderful server! Sydney was a delight! She was brand new to serving and working at Chuy's and it was only her 3rd day of serving. She was friendly, upbeat and took great care of our table. She checked in with us frequently and the order was correct! I have a complicated order and she wrote it down, repeated it back and it was correct. THank you Sydney for the excellent job!
