No salad was Available for us with the buffetNo clean cups so we got little plastic cups.No forks were washed for us to use…Very rude employees and we’re not doing their jobs at all.Was forced to pay .99 cents for a 3 year old when the sign says 4-10 is free….Very unprofessional people here.I know these times are bad but come on. Step ot up some guys.

Was not as pleased with the service tonight as I have been in the past. I understand they was short on staff I seen a couple of incidents that I felt was very unsanitary of the employees that were there working. I won't be going back any time soon.

This is the best location I have visited. For the complainers all I can ask is what do you expect. The price is much less than a premium large pizza at most pizza chains. A great value for the price. You can custom order a pizza with the buffet for the same low price ?.

Worst Cici's I've ever been to. The bar was almost completely empty, the silverware was gone except for a few forks that were disgusting. I had to take them to the bathroom to wash them. We waited 30 minutes for cinnamon rolls. They closed the bar down and threw away all of the food when a family had just gotten there. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

This place is HORRIBLE, I wouldnt recommend my dog to eat there! It’s unsanitary, poorly managed, and straight up gross! I took my family there on a Sunday afternoon and boy do I regret it! We had to wait for pizza to come out because there was literally no pizza on the bar when we arrived, the other customers were also impatiently waiting so it was a fight for one or MAYBE two slices of pizza, I had to eat pepperoni (least favorite) because it was the only thing available. We had to wait for ice. There was a disgusting drain hole located directly over the drink fountain that smelled like sewage (no exaggeration) we happened to be sitting next to it when it over flowed and the water ran under our table, this ruined my appetite, I asked for a refund but the manager told me she couldn’t because we technically had already ate. She also said they had no other manager or corporate number to call. I left very angry, and hungry. Oh, and I felt very unsafe as there was an employees who couldn’t keep his pants up (my kids and wife had to look at his underpants while eating) was carrying a pistol while filling the ice in the drink fountain.

First of all , there’s no vegan pizza.. pizza cold….no brownies…. No cinnamon rolls….. employees chilling while im waiting on the spinach pizza… NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Stinks very bad … floor wet…..

The pizza was more crusty than the gunk between my toes. It was cold, old, and the employee who greeted us at the counter had a bad attitude like she hated her life and didn’t want to be there (which I understand, especially if I worked at this specific Cici’s location, but I at least would keep the attitude contained). As more customers came in with a higher demand for more, fresh pizza, you could see the disgusted and disappointed look on their face. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking to possibly find a cockroach in your pizza or salad because those are the vibes you get from this location.

This pasta is exactly as I remember. Soupy. Watery good. I didn't know they had security here. Officer Za. Pete Za. The little kid wanted to say hi and it was a nice exchange. Not enough spinach pizza. I realize I could have asked and they would have made it, but I was scared and I didn't so they didn't. oOoOh I think I found some so never mind.
We showed up an hour before closing with the salad bar already shut down and only one hot section for pizza. On our second plate, an employee came out and was coughing. He and another employee started eating on the food prep line, and also had drinks on the food prep line. The male employee was coughing and sneezing into his hands and was using a wipe from the food prep line to wipe his hands. He then went outside with another employee, not the one eating on the food prep line. We didn't finish our second plate, as we were thoroughly disgusted by his hygiene. As we were leaving, the 2 employees were seen outside smoking with what smelt like weed. I added a picture where you can see 1 of the employees eating at the food prep line.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Food was cold, barely anything on the buffet, and the one worker Gigi is the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. My family will never eat at any Cici's ever again

went there, the employees were just hanging around. not doing their job so nothing but the sauce, and salad stayed stocked. they had kicked someone out for complaining, so we left after that. overall a terrible experience, will never go back there. 10/10 do not recommend.

Everytime I go all the staff is nice and respectfully, never dirty they come by and clean the tables after someone is done eating, pizzas are always cooked to temperature (hot and ready), even at close they don’t rush you out of the building. I would recommend this store to family and friends.

Tables dirty. Drinks spilled all over floors. Cabinets broke and not fixed. Employee in dining area talking with friends blowing vape smoke in someones face. No signs to tell what is what pizza. Almost no selection. Salad lettuce was brown looked slimey
