It isn’t very RV friendly at all. It is a tight parking lot and no room to park. You can’t get into the pumps either if you have an RV. So just had to get back on the interstate and keep going with Willie singing, “On the road again.”

I'm an owner operator expedite driver and this is one of my favorite stores. The store is clean and the employees are really nice. I travel all over and I don't price shop for my gas. I buy 99.9% of my fuel from Pilot or Flying J. I only buy from another store if there are no Pilot/Flying J 's. Thanks for making my job easier.Well after spending over 100 dollars at this location from Friday night to Sunday afternoon and using my shower credits. I was told to leave and I explained to him that I spend alot of money in these stores and I am a loyal customer. All of my electronics are purchased at Pilot Flying J and I buy food among other things. I guess that you guys have found a new hobby harassing loyal customers. Yet they have no bobtail parking and there has been 3 to 4 bobtails parking here beside me the whole time. They take up more than 1 space by the way. The problem that you have is not paying customers like myself. The problem is that you seem to allow homeless people camp out in your parking lot. I have had the same couple sleeping in their car next to me with their dogs. I had to ask him to roll up his windows so that I could pass by to my van because the dogs were aggressive. I really dislike giving Pilot a 1 , but hopefully you'll understand that I'm a part of your loyal customer base who respects your property. I'm not sure what problems you are having, but there has only been a few vans here each day. I think that there are 3 as I type. You have signs clearly posted no bobtail parking but yet there are 3 to 4 bobtails parked here at any given time. My guess is that your homeless people camping in your lot every night can't be helpful. Friday night I noticed that there were at least 4 cars with homeless camping. Please remember most of us support Pilot and Flying J truck stops. We are your customer base. I am an administrator in an expediter group and we have over 3k members and I am constantly promoting Pilot and Flying J, but if you don't want my business just reply to this review and ask me not to return.Thanks a loyal customer

It’s very rare that I put a truckstop on my blacklist, but, this particular store is one I will not ever return to. I had a reserved spot that was tight as he** to get in to, regular parking was just as bad. It’s difficult to get in to and out of with having to cross or enter a VERY busy highway, and the truck entrance/exit is either not marked or not clearly marked.My recommendation? Plan on parking somewhere else, this place is just not worth the risk of getting hit, hitting another, or the stress of maneuvering in to or out of.

We were “stranded” with our RV when our transmission went out passing through. They took excellent care of our family the whole week while we wait ones on the repair. Clean facilities, friendly people, and great selection of food plus close to lots of restaurants! Thank you for hosting us!!

I reserved shower with pilot mobile app from parking lot move to the shop it took maybe 2 minutes check for shower door code the code gone I disparately asked what’s happened the guy moved me around and than called me come I give you shower # .. it looks like the gamblers are here be careful with some more things I learned from comments too

It’s a joke, they need to swap all workers. Dirty all around. Looks like fake shower line , same numbers after 45 minutes.Also truck drivers, keep clean place after your visit - you can’t call yourself truck drive while littering everywhere.

Clean restrooms, but could not find warm sandwich as at 2am the Arby's was closed. The snack section in the fridge was out of several items. I appreciated the free coffee offer though.The fuel Island had paper towels wrapped around the pump handle. The 5c discount on gas lowered the price to the same level than other gas station.The staff was friendly and professional

They suggested me a mechanic who’s a scammer he was super nice until he put my truck inside his shop and then he started to change and asked me for 5000$ or do t late my truck out and it ended with gave him what ever he wants to let my driver to take the truck
Good while it lasted but stopped by about a week ago and was told they removed it. Sad because was the only Cinnabon close by.
