First time at this place!! Absolutely wonderful!! Service was awesome, coffee was delicious. And the rolls.... well, they were the best!! Highly recommend. Nick was great!! He answered all our questions, served up the rolls fresh and warm, and was awesome! The three of us each had a different roll and they were all spectacular! We will definitely be going back.

I mean…. All vegan? Sign me up! Absolutely delicious! It just shows how possible it is to make vegan food good. All the meat eaters going in, eating and enjoying without knowing that it's vegan is awesome! Absolutely love the place!

They were delicious but I was very disappointed that they were all melted and did not look like the website. I spent $60 for 8 of them. I bought them for a gift and when she opened them, they were all melted. I know now to request them cold. I enjoyed all the flavors. The pecan pie was our favorite. The staff was very accommodating.

The food was absolutely fantastic. The service was even better. Nicki and her husband were such a joy. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves cinnamon rolls, even if you don’t I think this place would change your mind.

Absolutely delicious!! Wish we had one close to us in Georgia! The cinnamon rolls were to die for. The options were amazing. Highly recommend the Reece's peanut butter with chocolate syrup. My daughter had the original chocolate chip cookie with cream cheese icing and said it was very good too.

Excellent cinnamon rolls. Today I tried the Pumpkin Churro flavor. Delicious.
I’m particular about coffee, theirs is amazing. Local roaster …Brasshorn. I get the drip coffee with oatmilk. Try this place. You will not be disappointed. 😊.

I really love that you can build your own. I made a lemon blueberry roll and the lemon frosting with blueberries and raspberry jam was so good. They have really yummy lemon blueberry coffee cake bars too

On 8/10/25, my family and I planned to have a great shopping experience at The Avenue. We had a wonderful shopping spree, browsed and bought from a few stores along the strip. We thought it would be nice to end our shopping day with cinnamon rolls from Cinnaholic. This would be only my second time eating at Cinnaholic and would be my fiancé’s first time. I was very excited for this experience again. Little did I know that this excitement would be short lived. At a little after 6pm, I ended mine and my family’s shopping day being thrown out of this establishment rudely by an employee. The situation could have been handled so much better. It was very unprofessional to say the least. In addition, not only was my family thrown out but another family sitting at a table was too. We were all rushed to leave and we weren’t even done eating yet. I will not be back to this location. As an avid sweet treats lover this is very disappointing because I do enjoy the cinnamon rolls. Next time we will choose another sweets option if this is how the employees present themselves at this establishment. It most definitely ruins the brand’s good name.

i always love coming in. everyone is always so nice, even when they have a lot of orders. rolls, cookies, and soft serve is always delicious.

Food was good but the rudest customer service. Worker kicked everyone out of store, without warning that they closed the lobby, in the most belittling way as if we were all children and she had somewhere to go.

Wild cinnamon roll options first time here super cool to see, no wait a it was the evening, we did a taste test video on Tiktok @whiskeyryans if you want to see the actual taste test. They were all good but very messy once we got home way too sweet imo should have went with the og or something more basic.

always come here for a sweet treat, emphasis on sweet. it hits every time, i always get one of the cinnamon rolls on display when i come in and/or a cookie sandwich (cinnadoodle vanilla/caramel filling). i’ve never had a bad experience here, food is always good, workers always nice, 5 stars.
