I’ve always love the food here but every time I order my fries or wraps with cajun seasoning on it, they never actually add it. I’ve even had them repeat it back acknowledging that they heard me say it, and yet it still never gets added. I haven’t had this issue at any other location, only this one. Very frustrating.

Cookout is usually a place we go regularly in Hixson. This day I stopped here and went thru the drive thru. I received a size down from their normal Huge tea when asked he said yes it was right. When I got to my food portion on sides where less than normal and I had the reg. BBQ sandwich with coleslaw and they put it on the side.

First time dining at Cook Out for lunch. Good burgers, Very good onion rings. Reasonably priced. Friendly service. Good iced tea but watch out as the sweet tea is not marked as such (maybe a southern thing as i am from Missouri)?
