Had my debit card stolen by the night shift workers at this location. Somebody else in the reviews mentioned this same issue and all I can say is make sure they give your card back to you after you pay or you won’t get it back. Freeze your card asap after this happens to ensure these thieves can’t take advantage of you. Unbelievable.

There is nothing MORE frustrating than ordering a SHAKE that should be DRINKABLE through a straw, and instead it's hard as CONCRETE! They handed me a straw but when I'm DRIVING this helps me NONE! This wasn't a SHAKE it was a straight up CONCRETE!

This is a fast food place, yes. But, it's priced great, fast, good tasting and consistent. The burgers taste similar to Five Guys. They also have tons of unique milkshake flavors.

Since when has one cheese curd on a tray been considered a side? I don’t understand how or why an employee would think that is ok because it is not. I will not be back at this location for a while. There is no excuse and if there were none ready the customer should be made aware and given another option. I wonder if I had ordered double cheese curds what the situation would have been. I am very very unhappy with the customer service I have received and this certainly is not the first time I have had issues.

Bunch of kids who can’t take a simple order. Explained calmly and patiently 5 times our order, and still couldn’t get everything we ordered. They messed up and try to overcharge because they couldn’t keep up. Went through two people, and got major attitudes from both. Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald’s across the street.
Very disappointed i went around 2 am the drive through person working was very rude. When I was ordering the tray, I caused a little bit of confusion but corrected myself once I got to the window I apologized for the confusion for him to say that's okay, but talk about me with the window shut, Laughing and saying mean things. When he handed me the food, he was very rude again. I don't know if I'll be back after this I'm afraid to even eat the food
