Ordered two shakes and some other items in the drive thru asked at the window if they got my banana shake she said yes and they accidentally made an extra if we wanted it i told her no it'll get thrown away only to find out after leaving we had two peach and no banana i already had yo go back in to get spoons and straws

Aniya was my cashier. Ordered a burger with fries and a chocolate shake. Received no fries (two ranch wraps?), a burnt burger that was hard on the edges, and a vanilla shake with one swirl of chocolate around it. Don’t plan on going back.

Didn’t get my drink, no lettuce on my burger, and no cajun fries. Came back around in the line and the dude said oh it’s right here… then didn’t even offer to fix my burger just gave me lettuce wrapped in tin foil and a regular cajun fry knowing I wanted double. Will NOT be going back.
I went around 1 in the morning on September 27th, and had a rather large order for my friends. Multiple trays, as well as a few extra sides and shakes. The guy taking my order was nice, fast, and accurate, as well as the second man who helped bag the order and prepare drinks. Everything came out incredibly fast, and everything was correct on the order. Always a good experience at this cookout!!

Fries cold and stale, chicken sandwich with a piece of chicken strip (took the top piece of the bun off and wrapped the bottom piece of the bun around the chicken strip). Hush puppies cold. I will not go back to cookout because this is the 3rd time my food was horrible!
