Cookout is usually a place we go regularly in Hixson. This day I stopped here and went thru the drive thru. I received a size down from their normal Huge tea when asked he said yes it was right. When I got to my food portion on sides where less than normal and I had the reg. BBQ sandwich with coleslaw and they put it on the side.
First time dining at Cook Out for lunch. Good burgers, Very good onion rings. Reasonably priced. Friendly service. Good iced tea but watch out as the sweet tea is not marked as such (maybe a southern thing as i am from Missouri)?
Went through the drive through late night and received such positive energy from Selena Casey. Food service is hard. Late night shifts are hard. But she had great customer service even in our short interaction!
