Went on a Sunday around 2ish and had the pleasure of being served by two very kind women it's nice going to fast food and having happy people greet you. Also, the deal they have is unbeatable! A entree, two sides and a drink for less than $6!!

I am always pleased with cookout but recently I have been disappointed. The last 2 times I came to cookout late I have ordered chicken tenders and they have given me a “chicken tender” the size of a chicken nugget. It happened like this about a week ago as well and today me and my friend both got extremely small pieces of chicken. It is always the same employee that skimps me, the mixed guy with the small tattoo behind his ear. I get that it’s late, but if you’re going to stay open this late I expect the same service as if it was earlier. This is disappointing to say the least.

They were very busy so I was expecting fresh food. My chicken sandwich was old and hard as a brick. Ask for a fresh one and the manager didn’t apologize and still gave me an unsatisfactory chicken sandwich I should have got my money back but instead I just want go back to this location terrible service.
