I don’t mind restaurants closing early, that’s fine. All I ask is that you have the decency to turn your signs off or put up a sign at the drive thru.
Letting your customers figure out that you’re closed because you left them waiting in a line for 15 minutes is a level of lazy apathy I would fire employees over.
Ive been going to this cookout regularly because of the location and the hours, but if I have to play the “will they serve me or won’t they?” game I’ll just go to Waffle House.

Sept 1 around 11:30 Very casual lobby. Bathrooms and lobby were clean. Courtney helped us understand everything on the menu. (First time at a Cook Out). She had great smile. I swear she was cleaning and stocking the whole time we were there. The food was very good and the way we ordered it. I was stuffed! Bacon was yummy and they sure didn't cheap out on using it. Interesting sides and shakes.
Weird thing to say but .. I hate when the water in the bathroom doesn't actually get hot. I hate when it's posted in other food service restrooms that employees must wash their hands and the water is only cold. Why? Anyway, we'll definitely go back to this restaurant.

The employee literally told us if you don't say you want a tray, they will charge you for each individual item. They are trained not to tell you that a tray is cheaper. The food was not good either. Skip this place and go to Kroger and get a private selection hot dog from the hot rack.

Got a shake and they messed it up so I went back through and was kind and polite and just ask if I could have it fixed and got the new one just to open it to plane ice cream and none of what I ordered and I ordered extra. I see why the third shift workers are on third shift now. This is not the first time I have had problems after 11 at night at this place but I only comment now because I see it’s not honest mistakes it’s straight up laziness and disregard for there job because they are not being monitored properly at night like children.
