I always get take out from here out of convenience and being able to just grab and go, and the food is amazing but the last 3 times I have ordered Togo, something is always missing from my order and it becomes a disappointment whenever I am paying extra for those add ons.

Update to my review, management has reached out and was able to discuss my visit and they have done everything to make this bad experience right. Thank you to Scott and management for reaching out and doing in such a timely manner.

If I was just giving the review based on the food itself I would have given it a 5 because the food was great. I got a bowl and soup and both were very tasty and good. The reason for the bad review was the really bad service and the lack of attention to detail. Individual that was taking my order, felt like they were more interested in talking with coworker than listening to the responses I was giving. I had asked for a couple things not to be put on my bowl and the person making my bowl included them. Then when checking out, I had asked for my receipt and worker realized it was out of paper, put the paper in and then said it won’t reprint. Rather than asking for help on how to reprint she said it won’t and walked away. These by themselves I wouldn’t have been so harsh but all of it together and within few minutes just made my experience poor.

I tried the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl and it was absolutely amazing. If you like spice like me, have them add more spice and definitely try it with the beet lemonade.

Different, out of the ordinary. Not meat and vegetables. Everything is freshly made from scratch. Ample portions. Always delicious. Salad bowls, wraps, tacos,daily homemade soups. Always leave with to go bag. Look forward to going back.

I’ve eaten here a few times and the food has been good but after my last 2 visits I won’t be returning. The staff was very professional and kind but they have a problem with gnats around the drink station and also flies around the food specifically the salad bowl.
I mentioned this to a staff member to speak to the manager about it but I’m unsure if anything was done about it.
Hopefully I’ll have better luck at a different location.

Great BYO bowl!

Been there for lunch before and loved it. Going down the line something felt off - had to ask for things that were listed as part of the package. Got to my table with a great looking tri-tip bowl and about the only taste in the bowl was the blue cheese, and that was weak. I’ll come back to have lunch but I’ll order something else.
