As we shared with the manager this had to be the worse meal and service we have ever had at this Cracker Barrel The waiter could not bring you what you asked for without asking for it 3-4 times Then the food comes out and it is incomplete and ask for the rest again had to ask several times to get the items It felt like we were begging for water and coffee to be refilled When I shared my concerns I felt as there was no concern I was not wanting a discount just wanted someone to teach the waiter how to do his job

Service was very slow and inattentive, had to repeatedly ask for refills. We actually had to wait for pancakes. They weren't served until most everyone else was done with their food. Pretty surprising for a place that prominently features pancakes in their ads.

The pancakes are getting thinner and thinner and smaller, and they are very tough to cut

We usually love Cracker Barrel... This store NOT AT ALL!!! The staff from the hostess to check out was horrible.. None of the staff had smiles, none of them seamed like they even wanted to be there.. The sirloin tips were like shoe leather, the hash brown casserole was a very small spoon full (2 bites) and it tasted very old (we were there at 11:30am).. It took almost an hour for us to get our food.. The bathroom was disgusting and had paper everywhere.. There was merchandise everywhere, everything looked sooo cluttered. As we went to check out one of the cashiers said you have to wait I am going home, so we waited for the other cashier to get ready to help customers. Such an unpleasant trip to one of our favorite places.

we went in for a dinner just us four and the service took a while but we didn’t mind because we thought our server was training so we gave him a chance…we had to ask multi times for things… and also forgot multiple items we ordered we were ran out of drinks the whole dinner. As we’re sitting there a ROACH crawls on the table a cross from us thank jesus that no one was sat there. they do nothing about the bug a man from a different table kills it… after it is squished the worker finally comes and grabs it they never clean the table until a costumer tells them they should…. i will never be eating here again also took so long the whole dinning experience and there was hardly anyone there!

Was not crowded for a reason apparently. Saturday night a bit after 7pm. Waited to be seated but no one ever even acknowledged us. Asked a patron who was leaving with a to-go box how her meal was and she said to make sure to ask for it hot because her food was not. She also said it was not up to expected Cracker Barrel standards. We left to go elsewhere.

Came in. Waited at the host station to be seated for about 15 minutes, and while many employees passed us and others waiting to be seated, no one even talked to us. We asked someone coming out if they were still serving, and she told us her food was cold. We finally gave up and left. They were not even a little busy.

Wonderful staff, great food.! Traveling on vacation and stopped there with our service dog, and he was welcomed with open arms by all of the staff! Thank you so much for such a great visit

Check out the boutique if you are passing through and need something to wear or a gift 🎁 for any occasion. I have a sugar baby that's about 1yrs old an saw the most unique Lil dress and it came with a Lil black pointed 👒 hat, her birthday is in October. I'll never let her wear that hat, 🤔 but the Dress is to cute 😍 !

Hard to believe there are not any coffee or teaspoons anymore! ONLY the long tea spoons or soup spoon, so I was told! And most of them don’t know the difference between a teaspoon and a tea spoon! There is a difference! However the chicken noodle and the dumpling soup is delicious! 😋
