Were several of us with big orders. Our server was busy with other tables too but never neglected us. She was fabulous!!! In Mbori, Church St location. I think her name is spelled Alaina, something like that.
We waited an hour for food. Called manager over to discuss issue and he never came back with resolution. We were not offered compensation for the length of time we waited for food.

Very disappointed in online order. I didn’t get rice or bread on both orders. 8oz milk instead of 16oz. I sent curbside number in and I had to call and ask for it to be brought out. Food was cold.
This is the 3rd time this has happened.
They definitely need to improve with online ordering.

I ordered my scrambled hard and my hash browns extra crispy. Eggs I sent back and I should have sent back the hash browns because the middle looked like they were not even cooked.. I really hate to complain because I know the servers are busy but I was really disappointed. No butter with the biscuits. Had to ask for a refill on drink too.

Yal lame and wrong for having Kylie serve us like that. she saying she took our order walked away for 17 min. Then came back saying I haven't put ur order in because she had a problem with another table now all you know if you've worked t a restaurant ordering pancakes the pos system is there to make it easy to press a simple button and continue on about the server business. But Kylie proceeds to tell us she wasn't able it didn't make sense to me because I'm a excellent server from steak n shake where I was a staff leader to so she can't give me a good explanation. In addition we were sat down first so I'm looking around at everybody else get they food and she tall me that naw she lame for real.

This isn't the Cracker Barrel we started coming to in the '80's. My wife and I both ordered the Friday Fish fry special. After waiting over a half an hour we asked for corn bread since we had no food served. Twice our server said the corn bread would be out in ten minutes. After the second time we asked for biscuits since the corn bread still wasn't ready. She brought barely warm biscuits and rock hard butter. Eventually our fish and corn bread arrived. When I cut open the corn bread, inside was about a 1" piece of cellophane. My fish were OK, but I didn't receive the added cost fruit until I was finished dining. However, the major issue with our meal was my wife's fish. There were four incredibly small, hard, dark brown objects on her plate. When she cracked them open there was hardly any visible fish inside. The server brought the manager to our table and after hearing about the problems he comped our fish dinners. We were very disappointed in the entire 90 minutes, but his action was helpful and pleasant.

The establishment was out of biscuits. But unbeknownst to our server, she brought our food. She was told our biscuits would be out soon. We sat and waited because biscuits are a big part of "biscuits & gravy". It was 20 minutes. Our food was cold. The server offered to heat it. We declined. This was the worst CB visit, hands down. If your establishment is out of biscuits, don't you sell pancakes or waffles??? or whatever is available.

Service is really slow over an hour wait to get food.
It's hard to believe Cracker Barrel removed a long time favorite (hamburger steak) from their menu. Seems like they are doing everything in their power to run there customers off.

I have felt that the food quality is definitely going downhill at the cracker
barrel. My southern fried chicken was so overcooked I couldn't finish it. The crust was hard as a rock and when you got thru that the chicken had all dissolved away. But boy do I love looking thru their store!

I have liked Cracker Barrels food for many years. I don't eat there as much as I use to though because they have cut down on their serving sizes so much. I also don't like that they've started selling alcohol to make more money. It doesn't go together with what Cracker Barrel has always been about in the past.

Dinner was subpar and the sausage was raw inside...eggs were good, biscuits were good but everything else was old or over cooked. Service wasn't good but I assume the waitress was new . At least they had the fireplace going...

I placed an online order with the app. I did not receive confirmation so I called the restaurant. No answer for take out or curbside I pushed a second button for first available employee named Susie. I told her I have not received confirmation so she connected me back to to go counter which took forever to answer again. This is when I was informed they didn't see my order up here. Unsure if I was going to get to eat I drive to Cracker Barrel anyway. This is what I saw 3:00 Monday empty parking lot and a cashier standing alone not busy. I told her about my terrible customer service and then I pointed to my order obviously old by now!
