Good evening and thanks for reading my review! My wife and I ordered country fried chicken, hamburger steak with the loaded potatoes! They added gravy to our food instead of on the side! The chicken fried chicken was rock hard, yet smothered in gravy! The hamburger steak was seasoned well and dry! The loaded potatoes were burnt on the bottom! Cracker Barrel; you guys have to do better than this! To cap it all off they didn’t provide in cutlery or condiments! This was to say the least a strange encounter! I personally will stop only in Nashville now! Be careful going to this store and check your food before you leave

Only gave it a two because I was charged an extra dollar for "plain" hash browns. I don't understand why this is the case unless the hash brown casserole already comes pre-made

This was at a Cracker Barrel in Murfreesboro. Went there for the first time yesterday. I sat there at least 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. I know that their “rule” at this restaurant is that someone greet the customer in 1 minute of them sitting down … .(The server, that finally showed up at my table, said she would put a rush on my order at that point.) I specifically asked for my food to be hot and it was not. When they brought my plate back after reheating it, the food was very messy on my dish. I got a pouch with the utensils in it and there was no knife only a fork. I asked for a cold bottle of root beer. That is exactly what I got; no glass with ice to pour it in to. I should have been at least offered a free dessert or gotten a discount for my meal. My server was sweet but young and clueless … . I have eaten at many Cracker Barrel‘s. I won’t rush back to this one! “More training at this restaurant is DEFINITELY needed!

Every time I order take out, this store never gets my order right. They leave off sides, pack cornbread when I order biscuits, and lots of other mistakes. We will not be ordering from here anymore.

I’m so disappointed. I have eaten here and had delivery many times and loved it. Today I ordered through Uber Eats and you know it’s costly!!! The food was not only burnt but portion was small. I was shocked and saddened with all the money I spent

Food was good but I don't think they are making as much of the food in restaurant as they used to. Service was good and restaurant appeared to be clean and well run. I did hear the server tell a group the machine they use to make fried chicken was not working so they couldn't make that.
