Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We arrived early afternoon and it gradually got busier. Service was slower than usual and our food took longer than expected. My husband and I ordered the steak shrimp meal with baked potatoes. When our meals came out they were cold, the steak was under cooked, we asked for medium and it was super bloody! The shrimp was chewy and my baked potato was cold, hard and cheese not melted.We paid $23 plus for cold disappointing meals! Definitely won't go back after this bad experience!

This was definitely my best visit to cracker barrel this morning, look at the empty plate 👀 The food was cooked to perfection, and I don't mean perfectly. The pancakes 🥞 are always made right but the sausage was juicy today for whatever reason. I forgot to take a picture, it was that good today. 😆 😋

Was only there to buy gifts.

Yesterday I was at the Chaffin place location. They called police on a homeless man that was sitting on a rocking chair talking to himself not bothering anyone, He was the only person sitting outside. Not sure why they called the police, but seemed only because he wasn't a paying customer. Kinda sad, it was cold outside.

my husband and I ordered breakfast for dinner. it came out fast and hot and so good

Placed my order almost 2 hours in advance so I could pick it up and have dinner at work. They called me 15 minutes before pick up saying they just ran out of my order. This caused me to miss dinner that night, and not enough time to get food. Unless I wanted fast food. The manager didn’t even call me on their screw up. Made an employee do it. Very unprofessional and cowardly not owning up to their mistakes

Angel was excellent in taking care of us for our Thanksgiving dinner. The menu was fantastic and hit the main meal requirements for Thanksgiving. The chicken and dumplings were even better than I remembered, and the portions were huge. The only sad part was not seeing the turnip greens on the menu. I hope they're still offered. Uncle Herschel rules!!

I love Cracker Barrell, but was very disappointed in the quality of the dressing for Thanksgiving. I bought a heat and serve for 8-10 people. Although I was disappointed, Cracker Barrell is one of my favorite restaurants. I just wont order anymore heat and serve meals.

Went there for Thanksgiving lunch as the majority of our family can't make it home until Sunday. The menu was limited but what they did offer was wonderful. The chicken fried turkey was incredibly delicious. Wish that was a regular menu item. This Murfreesboro location has not been remodeled so it was not as bright and open feeling as the locations that have been. But the holiday decor was beautiful.
