Bad service and cold food on a very busy Sunday right after Christmas can be forgiven. However, a filthy ladies bathroom cannot. The toilets have not been cleaned in a very long time. Thick dust coats the top of the soap dispenser indicating it hasn’t been wiped down in a very long time and neither has the area around the sink. Overflowing trash bins and personal hygiene bins along with trash on the floor indicates no one is tending to the restrooms. A poor dining experience can be forgiven as a ‘bad day’ for the staff. But that restroom is a direct reflection on the cleanliness of the entire restaurant…. I wonder how clean the kitchen is.

Spent 48 minutes total from the time I pulled into the drive thru to getting my order in hand, which was ONLY five small milkshakes. That is UNACCEPTABLE. It was NOT busy enough to have waited almost an hour. If I wanted to wait that long for a milkshake I would’ve gone to stand in line at in n out.

Culver's has become our go two for a decent quick meal out. The double butter burgers are great burger at a decent price. When we have extra time and want to go in and eat.I can't resist the fish and chips and who can resist a small cup of custard at the end of your meal.

Staff has a speaker in the back listening to super explicit music. Toddlers and young children listening to Music about sex and female genitalia While standing next to their parents ordering them, a kids meal is just a crazy atmosphere. Also, the cooks in the back of the kitchen are dancing And singing along while throwing stuff and mocking the customers that are in line.

I just felt the need to say this about Alexis ♥️♥️♥️♥️ I have never met such a kind soul as her. She is more than just a worker she sees people well which is definitely the heart of God. Her customer service is excellent but she moves around the restaurant loving on people making sure they are good not just the food her smile is contagious and she is a blessing and a great asset to this establishment. I’m middle aged but there are a lot of you kids and elderly people that come here and she is exactly what they need with all that’s happening in the world clone Alexis‼️♥️🙌🏾🙏🏾

In the past week I have gone twice for a curbside order the first took 30 minutes and the second one I left without my food after 45 minutes. No way to get a refund which I would like. Also going inside does not help they just say “we are working on it” but the order doesn’t come out. The second order that I never received after waiting 45 minutes was just a normal concrete just 1 normal concrete.
