Here lately you’ve been slacking badly about 3 weeks ago I got the grilled chicken well as I bit into it the chicken was still cold a bit, so I slack off for a few an here I just went an I ordered the 2 spicy sandwiches an a bacon cheeseburger and what do you know there was no top buns on my spicy sandwiches I’m not sure how this happen but it don’t see that you all take your jobs serious so you just lost a customer
I get lunch here every Sunday before horse riding for a couple years and I always enjoy it. Sometimes I do wish they would give you the custard before you pull up so you have that to eat while you wait, but the custard is good so I don't mind when I get it too much. Occasionally they will wait for a bunch of cars and then give all of them at the same time which would be annoying if you were the first car to wait but it's gotten better. ;)

Literally the WORST experience of my life at ANY restaurant! I paid almost $18 for a meal and got home in 18 degree weather and did not have all my items I requested! I called and the lady manager whom was on staff at the moment got SO rude with me and simply had no COMPASSION NOR CARED! Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! He was a YOUNG PUNK with NO heart or Compassion and did not even TRY to make me satisfied as an upset customer! He made the situation WORSE by ARGUING back, instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake and the bad situation they put me through. This completely ruined me for ANY Culvers! If this is how they are changing and how they treat people...They have lost my support! It's a ashame and I'm so disappointed!

Culver's food is always hot and fresh. I also got a free cup of custard for Veterans' Day. The flavor was double strawberry,and it was absolutely delicious. Great customer service as well.
