I get lunch here every Sunday before horse riding for a couple years and I always enjoy it. Sometimes I do wish they would give you the custard before you pull up so you have that to eat while you wait, but the custard is good so I don't mind when I get it too much. Occasionally they will wait for a bunch of cars and then give all of them at the same time which would be annoying if you were the first car to wait but it's gotten better. ;)

Literally the WORST experience of my life at ANY restaurant! I paid almost $18 for a meal and got home in 18 degree weather and did not have all my items I requested! I called and the lady manager whom was on staff at the moment got SO rude with me and simply had no COMPASSION NOR CARED! Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! He was a YOUNG PUNK with NO heart or Compassion...

Culver's food is always hot and fresh. I also got a free cup of custard for Veterans' Day. The flavor was double strawberry,and it was absolutely delicious. Great customer service as well.
