Wenr last night and ordered a two piece chicken fries drink and ice cream had to throw a piece of the chicken away so dry

Ruby Brown

waited 20 min for my food even though there was barley anyone, 2 other people max, I saw what looked like a vape behind the orders which is weird, personally I wouldn’t go back just because only teenagers run the place, but it was clean, I’m from Lavergne but was in Murfreesboro for a bit and a quick stop for food was very disappointing.

Cook was touching food with his hands, with no gloves on. Cashier came from outside and didn't wash his hands. Restaurant was kinda of dirty.

Walked in and one person filling up something with chocolate. 3 other workers sitting talking at drive through. No one said boo. If one of the 3 is a manger you need to fire their butt for doing poor supervision. No customer service. People these days are lazy and all 4 of you sure make that point clear.

Onion rings or cold flavor called chicken with cold weather is lukewarm medicine for older woman first order then corrected it tables are nasty Florida was nasty we get on a table that they never cleaned it had ice cream melted on it then three kids come in and get cups and drinks and don't pay

Bacon cheeseburger was spot on! Perfectly cooked, crispy bacon, and super soft bun. It was the best burger I’ve had in a while!

The place is filthy! Server looked like he had just come from a haircut and his clothes were covered with hair. Looking at the kitchen area it was truly nasty. Will not return.

Is it too much to ask for a simple, "Hello, may I take your order" or "Thank You!" from your employees? If it wasn't for the people patronizing your business, you wouldn't be in business. Kids do not know how to communicate. Get off your phones and serve the customers.

Sub par service. Was given the wrong sauce and side, but charged for 2 sides. Ordered a Dr. Pepper and could tell that they put Sprite in first, then added Dr. Pepper. Waited at the window for service to get the correct sauce and side, but was not addressed for 3+ minutes until we left. Chicken was good though.

Stale fries and brown lettuce. The four different kids running the drive up window were amusing.
